"I initially rated this place 5 stars, but the service quality has dropped significantly at this location. A change in staff has greatly affected everything that follows. The Kneaders experience is no longer the same. While the intentions from management remain consistent, the reality in the restaurant is quite different. The manager seems to be going through the motions of her job without a positive attitude or genuine enthusiasm. I don’t know what might be happening in her life, but I hope she’s doing well. The employees are new and, unfortunately, their performance reflects that—they need to improve and put in more effort beyond just earning a paycheck. I’m unlikely to return to this Kneaders, at least not at this location. The decline has been noticeable, but it’s especially apparent here."

Probably the most disappointing pastrami sandwich I've ever paid for. The French dip my son had was good and hearty, with three times the amount of meat compared to my sandwich.

I've observed a decline in quality at Kneaders lately. I found it quite puzzling when I was informed that I couldn't substitute my bread side for fruit or another gluten-free option because of an allergy—particularly since I was still charged for a combo with my salad. It would be helpful if they could be more accommodating of customers' dietary restrictions.

Completely disappointing. The French toast used to be served warm and fluffy, with a generous amount of cinnamon swirl. However, this time it was lukewarm, tough, and mostly just bread. The syrup was also at room temperature and so thick that it hardly poured from the container. I have many regrets, all tied to their French toast. This experience was during a dine-in visit on a Saturday.

Kneaders Bakers And Cafe is a real gem! Their sandwiches, salads, and soups are delicious, all made with wonderfully soft, fresh bread. The carrot cake is outstanding, and the brown butter chocolate chip cookies are just as delightful. Plus, their soda machine serves refreshing crushed ice and Coke! They also create lovely gift baskets, thanks to the amazing Karen, and have a great variety of home decor items that make perfect gifts for teachers. View menu
