"Update: Still the same family running this business. A very nice place for take out and dining in due to our current health mandates. Due to inflation prices have gone up a bit but please do check in with the servers for an updated menu to be sure of the price. A family owned and operated restaurant that has been a part of the local community for the past 25 years. Depending on what you order, most dishes are pretty decently sized that you can share. You can always ask the servers and they will let you know in greater details. No need for a reservation as it is a pretty large place but if you are in a party of 15+ then maybe calling ahead would help the restaurant serve you better. The staff have always been friendly and have been part of the Cal. City community for many years. Come in and enjoy some great food!"

"I found the restaurant to be located inside a deserted mall, which I thought was quite interesting. The food and service were excellent, prompting us to return the following day. The prices were reasonable and everything we tried was delicious. My personal favorite was the spicy baked salmon. I am looking forward to trying their Ramen next. Overall, I would rate the take-out service, food, and atmosphere all a perfect 5 out of 5."

"Don’t trust them check your receipt. *I was asked to elaborate. I’ve been to this restaurant, Mr. tomato three times all three times I was overcharged. First time the price seemed a little high. The second time with odd but I was in a hurry. I went in a third time, just to see if it was a scam. This is the scam. You order your meal in my case Bacon cheeseburger, zucchini and drink. They charge for a combo. Plus the zucchini plus the drink. When I confronted the cashier the last time she pretended not to speak English. This is what I order always so I don’t know if they do it just with this scenario. I will never patronize this business again. One times maybe an accident second time questionable but the third time is a scam. I would be happy if you go out of business and allow for a honest restaurant to open up."

"Stopped here on a drive down from Mammoth. Picked this place as it was the only place in the area with 4 stars and also because I like to support family owned businesss. This is why I hate that I have to leave this review. Previous reviews about bad service and missing plates are 100 accurate. You think being a family owned business they'd be more attentive, but nope! We had to ask for plates and got mini tea cup plates. Had to ask for tortillas four times before we could eat our our fajitas. The older gentleman was rude and had an attitude when asked for plates and tortillas. It would help if the food was good, but it was pretty terrible. Chicken crema was bland and no amount of salt could help it. The steak fajita was just okay. The fiesta platter was terrible. Being a family owned business you would think they'd care about the service. But, nope."

"I was heading back to SoCal from a weekend of adventure and, with limited options, decided to dine here for lunch. It was about 30 mins until we would reach the restaurant so I decided to call in my order a large deluxe pizza to save time. The hostess said it would take 45 mins to make the pizza. Red flag #1 who takes 45 mins to make a pizza?? Well, 30 mins later, we got to the restaurant and I checked in with the hostess. She said it would be another 15 mins. The restaurant was empty. Red flag #2. 15 mins passed and guess what? The pizza wasn't ready. Frustrated, I checked in with the hostess and she told me that they just finished making the pizza and would now put it in the oven. It would take another 25 mins. I'm sorry... what?? Obviously they don't know how to run a kitchen and Gordon Ramsey needs to stop by. But I'm not even sure if Gordon Ramsey can save this restaurant. Ended up eating at McDonald's 2 miles down the street and it was prepared fresh and timely. If your time is precious, I recommend you do the same."
