amazingly tasty, although on the pricier side it is worth it because the amount of lobster on the roll. both men were friendly and attentive. it has a seating area in the free to enjoy the warm sun florida, check them and support local businesses.

large taste of a very small layer. fresh fish available for purchase or prepared food. we went to midday for the lobster rolls. all exterior seats in the shadow with limited seating. try the connecticut lobster roll with hot butter. so much lobster in a sandwich. pop, filled water, tee and beer/wine also available for purchase. friendly service!

Horrible, worst seafood I have ever been served. Clam chowder was just the base, no clams or anything else in it. The fried cod basket was not edible, so much salt on the fish I couldn't eat it. The lobster bisque was basically tomato soup, no hint of lobster. The hot butter lobster roll was dry lobster on bread, no butter. Worst meal in a very long time. I think they may have ruined all future lobster rolls for me, as this was so good! we were vacationing from ky and a Google search for lobster roll and this place was at the top of the list. By far the freshest seafood I think we have had in many years. The cod is hands down the most tender, buttery perfection. In addition, the scallops are quite divine as well. The batter is just icing on the cake; Hints of maybe malt vinegar or something makes it extra yummy: crispy, yet light enough not to overwhelm the fish. The lobster roll was also excellent.
