Liberty Taco - Menu

I visited Liberty Taco for the first time today and really enjoyed it. I appreciated the option to swap tortillas for lettuce wraps. I tried the Baja Shrimp Tacos, and they were fantastic. The food is reasonably priced, the service was excellent, and the bathroom was clean. I will definitely be back!

I had breakfast tacos here and was generally let down. The bacon was mostly fat—about 90%—and none of the tacos seemed to have enough cheese, or maybe they didn’t add any at all. The tortillas were decent, but they weren’t homemade as I had hoped. On a brighter note, the chorizo and jalapeño sausage was tasty; I just wish there had been more cheese.

This afternoon, I had lunch here with my husband, and it was fantastic—possibly even better than Fusion Taco and Torchy's, in my opinion! My husband ordered the Kobi, Liberty Steak, and his favorite, the Tejano Beef. I tried the Cajun Fish, Baja Shrimp, and the Tequila Shrimp, which turned out to be my favorite. I went to the restaurant with my husband this afternoon, and it was absolutely delicious! In my opinion, it was even better than Fusion Taco and Torchy’s! My husband tried the Kobi, Liberty Steak, and Tejano Beef, and his favorite was definitely the Tejano Beef. I ordered the Cajun Fish, Baja Shrimp, and Tequila Shrimp, with the Tequila Shrimp being my favorite. Don’t forget to get the hot sauce; it adds a great kick!

The restaurant exudes cleanliness and a warm atmosphere. I truly enjoyed my experience at Liberty Taco. The aromas and spices in the food are superb. The taco sauce offers a great variety of flavors, perfectly balancing between mild and spicy. Their fusion menu is spot-on and incredibly flavorful. Each dish boasts a unique taste that will definitely satisfy your cravings. Every time I placed an order, the restaurant maintained a pleasant vibe. Thank you, Liberty Taco and staff! First of all, the restaurant is extremely clean and inviting. I have truly enjoyed my experiences at Liberty Taco. The flavors and spices in the food are excellent. The taco sauce offers a perfect range, catering to those who prefer anything from very spicy to mildly flavored. The fusion menu is spot on and packed with flavor. They also have original tastes that are sure to satisfy your cravings. Every time I’ve placed an order, the restaurant has been a pleasure. Thank you, Liberty Taco and staff. I have to retract a star from every other taco place I've visited after finding this charming little gem; it has truly set a new standard. The tacos here are absolutely amazing and incredibly tasty, plus they’re quite budget-friendly! I highly recommend trying the Kogi Taco—it's so delicious that I ended up getting a second one to take back to my hotel for a late-night snack. I also followed the waitress's advice and sampled the Caribbean chicken; I usually avoid sweet and savory pairings, but it completely changed my perspective. It was incredibly flavorful! Don't be misled by the casual and humble setting; the food here is exceptional!

I?m trying to understand how this place has over 4 stars on Google. These were some of the worst tacos I?ve ever eaten in life. All the tacos were cold. The chicken tinga was the driest and most bland taco I?ve ever had. They offer a few hand made tomato or pepper based sauces but that wasn?t enough. I asked an employee for chipotle cream sauce to add to my taco. She said that would be 75 cents. I said that would be fine but she never brought it to me. She was too worried about packing to go orders. I also think it?s petty to charge a customer 75 cents for sauce when my party of 2 already paid for 5 tacos, chips and queso, 3 beverages, a cookie, and left a tip. The southwest bean and rice ta...
