"I love their ice cream, but giving 1/5 stars for reliability. I ordered a $70 bucket for a party a week in advance. I called to pick up the ice cream and the gentleman said he had no record of anyone placing an order and that for an order to take place, you must go directly in person and speak to the owner. So, why did an employee guarantee me that my order would be ready for my party? Completely Unreliable! Monarca, you must fix your ordering system, otherwise, it's unreliable and irresponsible and disappointing to clients."

I ordered a cucumber agua fresca, and it was awful. I didn't even want them to remake it, so I ended up leaving. It felt like a waste of money. View menu

The best corn in a cup around here, and the mangonada is pretty good too. It's slightly expensive, but the quality definitely makes it worth it.

This place has the best mangonadas around. It's fresh , real mango chunks not just mango syrup like many other places in Houston. I drive 21 miles to this place when I'm in the mood for mangonadas.

The corn in a cup, ice cream and chamoy apple were delicious. The young lady that attended me was as courteous as she was beautiful. If that wasn't enough, both workers were bilingual. Perfect service! View menu

HANDS DOWN THE BEST refresqueria that sells mangonadas in so many other flavors as well like fresa, sandia, limon, etc. The only thing they could improve is topping the mangonada with fresh mango, but all of the fruit pieces inside the mangonada make up a bit for that downside.

So disappointed the girl making my 3 shakes made one shake and poured in to 3 cups . Imagine how bland and watery that tastes ! I purchased alot and to have corners cut to save time or product is a bad choice for customers who know what a milkshake is suppose to be! I emailed corporate let's see how well they take care of this. I have been here alot and never had such experience. Other than that ice cream is perfect in flavor! Fr Nance flavourful to Butter Pecan and Guayaba!

"Food good. Location good. Service good. BUT, the hidden charges REALLY ruined an otherwise nice experience. Example: HH menu lists Martinis as a $3 upcharge to the $7 base charge. Fair enough. Bombay is a listed alcohol; requested. When the bill was returned I was charged for a Bombay Sapphire which is not on the HH list. Charge? $11 $3. I asked for Bombay, not Bombay Sapphire. Waiter: Oh, let me look into that. AND, by the way Blue Cheese olives? Extra $1. REALLY? I 've NEVER paid extra for BC olives ANYWHERE. AND the confusing menus that a dish as including an extra sauce, [and I don 't recall the exact language but it made it seem that an additional items could be selected as well. Oops, there goes an extra $10.95. AND, the waiter recommending a twice-baked potato. Bah, boom, another $5.95. [which in fairness is disclosed on the menu in a different location, but waiter made it sound as if it was a no-charge option on the surf and turf. AND the split plate charge which I don 't think was disclosed on the menu. Ding, ding, extra $3.00. Was this a waiter, who was overly up-selling or restaurant deception? Don 't know. As I said, the food WAS good. AND, the ambience [at least in the bar area, stay away of the hotel-ballroom-like main dining area was nice. Just beware the nickel and dime charges that the waiter won 't be disclosing to you."
