"I just had the most rude accommodation at this place from doing a Favor. I got in the store and the old grumpy man at the cashier gave me a look already. When it was my turn and I said that it was for Favor, he immediately burst out saying you guys from Favor keep coming here and asking for the same item that is not available. During check out he had to make sure he let others customer know that it’ll take a while since he’s doing my order which I think takes time coz he had to manually enter the credit card info. I already had a bad experience my first time going there. I almost did not do that favor remembering that time but I did it anyway and I am very regretful just to be treated like that by a man who thinks so highly of himself and looks down on people who does this delivery service. Never again! And if you are reading this old grumpy man, Someone is watching and you will get what you deserved one day."

This place is nothing to write home about, but it's fast, affordable, and consistent. I usually stop in if I have to leave the house really early and need something fast. I do wish the coffee were better. View menu

I absolutely adore this gem of a restaurant! I always order the jalapeño cheese and pan sausage kolaches; they're both spicy and delicious. All of their kolaches are fantastic, and my coworkers love them too!

Absolutely terrible customer service! The staff spoke about me in Spanish, but I am Spanish and understood everything they said. They were clearly foolish to think I wouldn't catch on. I will never return to this place, and I'm contacting corporate as soon as I submit this!

Worst treatment ever. I needed 3 dozen and was given 3 boxes of 8. I kindly tried to tell him we weren’t understanding 3 dozen assort d.The man refused to listen to my preferences and wouldn’t answer questions. Gross and rude. I arrived five minutes early today (6/7/23) and parked outside watching the male employee handle the food with his bare hands. I watched him pick off hair/debris from one of the kolaches and place it on the tray for sale. I have seen this male employee treat both customers and other employees rudely. One time he gave a female firefighter a hard time because he got the order wrong, which was his fault, not the firefighter. He does not smile, does not greet customers, and other employees at this place refuse to work with him, yet he is still there.

After checking my bag, I noticed my order was wrong and went back to have it corrected. He still had that same unpleasant demeanor. A third visit was necessary because I wanted to find out his name to report my experience to a manager. Despite asking him twice, he refused to give me his name. That was the last straw; I decided to return my items and request a refund. However, he insisted that there were no refunds and told me to leave. I stood my ground until he finally handed me my money back, as I was unwilling to pay for such poor service. I will definitely be reaching out to corporate about this matter.
