I called to order a pizza at 9:16 PM and was told it would be $17 and ready in 45 minutes to an hour. When I arrived at the restaurant, they did not have my order. They explained that their new system was not properly processing orders and did not offer to make my food or correct the problem. The person on the phone mentioned that they had lost many orders due to this issue, raising the question of why there was no backup process in place for orders that were not being sent through, instead of blaming the customer.
