"I ordered food and drove home, but they made the wrong order. I returned it, and after about 10 minutes, they told me the cook had corrected it. I left again and went home, only to find that they still got it wrong—no changes at all. I drove back once more, and they took the order to the chefs, promising it would be fixed in 5 minutes. When I opened the food containers, they looked as if they had come out of the garbage—torn and in poor condition. The food was still the same as before. It's clear that the owners don’t cook, and we won’t be going back."

"Was in there this week, picking up a large pre order. Even though the order was messed up in 2 different ways, that wasn’t problem, as mistakes happen. No big deal. Fur the record, the order was for our school, to treat our local town veterans to a nice breakfast before our school ceremony honoring their service. But, the way multiple staff reacted, and responded to me, as if my requesting the order to be fixed was such a big deal they were rude, making comments behind the counter, and relentless about it. It was weird for them to make such a big deal about it, and by the time I left I was shaken not used to being treated that way for no reason at all. Everyone’s human buck up and be kind!"

"I sat at the drive-through at least 10 minutes. I asked them if there was something wrong. They said give me a moment will be with you. “There was no explanation what was going on? so I went inside because A few more minutes went by and people kept pulling up next to me asking me what was going on I said, do not know so went inside I asked her about the Mobile order and that we were waiting in the drive-through for a long time and I had to place the another order. She wanted to see about the order place on the app and I told her I need to place another order She took it upon herself to upgrade my drink when I told her I wanted to diet soda with the value meal and cappuccino on the side She took upon herself to upgrade my Drink then tell me that there is no cappuccino. I said OK then give me a milkshake so when she came back, she didn’t give me my diet so I asked her why she said I upgraded it.she seem nice at the beginning then I asked her again why and she started saying I upgrade with an attitude they need to stop upgrading because it is expensive as is and upgrade cause you more money Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes: French Fries"

"As soon as I walked in, the staff member tried to push me to sit down and purchase eggs with a free coffee. I explained that I just wanted takeout soup, but she insisted that they didn't have any and told me to go across the street instead. She even asked me to recommend her business and to let Romas know that they sent us to her place, encouraging us to come back later. As I started to walk across the street, she came outside yelling that the parking was for customers only and demanded that I move my car, claiming it was private property. Romas was only 25 feet away, and the parking lot was empty. Her behavior was incredibly rude—she was screaming and yelling while she parked her car sideways."

"However, that’s where the positives ended. We ordered a burger and a wrap, but the service was incredibly slow, to the point where we wondered if our order had been lost. There were hardly any customers, so it was puzzling. When our food finally arrived, there was no acknowledgment of the long wait. The burger was overcooked, and the chicken wrap was mediocre; the chicken, which was advertised as Chick-fil-A, didn’t live up to the hype. The fries were good, though. Throughout our meal, no one came to check on us, which is typically forgivable if the restaurant is busy. However, it was hardly crowded. We genuinely wanted to like this place, but after our experience, we won’t be making the hour-long drive for another meal here. I’m sorry to say that I cannot recommend it."
