"I visit this restaurant weekly. The last two times my order was incorrect. Both times I arrived shortly before they closed. On both occasions when I discovered that my food was incorrect I called them several times but I don 't get an answer. The last time this occurred I took a picture of the receipt and the food. The receipt denoted the type of wings that I ordered. When no one answered I called restaurant the next day and asked to speak with the manager. After telling him what happened he asked what do you want me to do? I said a comped meal would be fine but I could not come today. I told him that I would check my order going forward. He said okay and gave me his name. I was out of town so I didn 't return for the free meal until a few weeks later. I explained everything to the cashier. He asks the manager on duty. He yells from the kitchen that he does not remember that. I pay for the order and ask to speak with the manager. He comes out of the kitchen. I asked himif he recalled talking to me. He said no. I thentired to show him the picture of the food and the receipt showing that the order was incorrect. He asked why I didn 't call or bring it back because everybody knows you have to see the food . I explained that I called several times after I discovered that the order was wrong and it was 10 minutes before closing time. He said he was busy cooking and really didn 't have time to talk to me. There was 1 customer in the lobby and another person in the kitchen. He then walked away. I don 't think this was the person that I spoke with when I called. However, the manager Mark was very short and rude. I have no reason to make up this story. However, I have the receipt, phone records and the pictures to proof it. It 's sad that you would loose a weekly customer instead of correcting your error and implementing a review of the food prior to the customer leaving. I 'm very disappointed and will share on other platforms."

The food was NOT good. It tasted like it was reheated. They forgot our slaw. Put season on Fries after asking for NO season or salt. Manager didn’t want to hear what I had to say.

Very disappointed. I ordered a 3 piece fish dinner and got 3 strips. I like their food but this has never happened. I called back and they told me this was their 2 piece and stated, Everyone has been complaining. Best Wings can you do better?

7/16 ordered a 10 pc hot they arent very good its spicy but also have a sweet honey taste not what i wanted just plain hot. They wings are huge (not party wings) and fried kinda soft that makes the skin soggy (disgusting) Also the price menu is not up to date so ask before you make ur order cause this disappointment cost me $25. What a waste!?

I personally had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I am concerned about the people who manage this establishment. When attempting to place a take-out order The young lady that ran the register, threw away the receipt for my order. When I arrived back 30 minutes later, the lady Had to pull my receipt out of the trashcan to find the order, but she also could not read the receipt. The lady seemed unbothered and did not apologize for throwing away the receipt or not having the order ready in the time that was given. I believe the people that manage this location Have an incompetent employee that they did not put in a position to succeed.
