"A year ago I would give 5 stars without hesitation. Today, I can only give 1 star. Each time we go it seems to get worse on many levels. Always told a certain time over the phone and then once arriving, having to wait an additional 10-15 minutes each time.Their prices have become ungodly expensive. Ordered a sub, one 10 cheese pizza, and two 12 specialty pizzas. $52 for threepizzas and a sub is ridiculous. Was told 20-30 minutes over the phone and waited 15 minutes after arriving at 30 minutes. One ofthe specialty pizzas I ordered was a buffalo chicken pizza and when I opened the box (at home , half of the pizza was nothingbut air bubbles in the dough. That should have been fixed before even making it to a box. I called and explained and asked howthey would fix it. The offered to remake if I came back to pick it up or give a credit. I asked that they remake it and deliverit since it was their mistake and they told me it would be over an hour. If you make a mistake, it should be first priority.especially when you're paying as much as you are for the little food you get. I was told they would credit the pizza of $18.10(for a 12 pizza!! . We'll see if the credit is there if and when I order again. Truly sad though because I enjoyed their food.I'll be ordering from Champs and driving further from now on because Michaels has lost me."

The food is okay, but they told me 45 minutes for a pickup order and it took an hour and a half... All we ordered was a pizza and a salad. Not sure we'll be ordering from here anytime soon. View menu

I'm vegan, and I just have to say that you make the best cauliflower pizza without cheese! I've been following a plant-based vegan diet for the past 50 years, and your pizza has truly been a lifesaver for me.

Michael's Pizzeria serves incredibly delicious pizza with exceptional flavor. The staff is consistently friendly and welcoming. Plus, I always enjoy reading the sign on my way home from work—it’s a nice extra touch!

I'm traveling from the east side of Newark to grab some pizza from Michael's! In my opinion, it's the best pizza in Licking County! I was thrilled when they opened a location in Newark, but sadly, they changed everything, including the name. Now, when I want pizza, I have to go back to Jacksontown. Owner or manager had someone calling on the phone complaining about their food being late and no good. It was a loud cussing time in the restaurant by the owner but I really don't blame him because I guess the same person would keep calling andcomplaining to get free food each time they would order. If that would have been me he would never get nothing else. I actuallythink they have great hot food !!

When I came in to pick up my pizza I observed an employee scrolling through his phone while putting lids on cups of salad dressing with no gloves on. My pizza was sitting on a counter nearby unboxed and getting cold. About 4 minutes later I wasfinally acknowledged. Then had to wait another 4 minutes for them to prepare the large salad I ordered and box the pizza. Theplace appears to need a good cleaning and a retrain of employees. The pizza actually wasnt too bad but the thoughts runningthrough my head of what I saw worried me to the point that I couldnt enjoy the meal.
