"I will not be returning to the Mr. Subb on Hoosick Street. I have always had good experiences at the locations in North Troy, Latham Farms, and Guideboard Road in Halfmoon, but this one was a disappointment. I ordered two Cheddar Nebas, a nugget, and a drink. Unfortunately, the Nebas were not drained properly, resulting in soggy sandwiches. I managed to eat one because I hadn't had anything to eat all day, but after just three bites of the second one, I had to throw it away—what a waste of $7.09. The nuggets were cold and hard; none of them were soft. When I asked for Russian dressing on the side to dip the nuggets in, I was told I would have to pay for it. For reference, the other three Mr. Subbs locations have never charged me for Russian dressing. Overall, it was a very unsatisfactory experience, and I left feeling unwell. I won’t be going back to that location."

Best customer service ever!!! I love these guys they are all great. Not to mention they actually have quality dry turkey and fresh good bread. Love the tater tots w cheese and goooood cookies. Mr Subb hoosick st!

Excellent service! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. My only minor complaint is with the sub roll; at times, it had a bit too much bread and was somewhat doughy. Aside from that, it was a very enjoyable experience. View menu

They don’t know how to make a subb I asked for regular cheese they give me jalapeño cheese which I am allergic to The guy on the phone didn’t seem like cared. I called the Pawling Ave store because hoosick st never gave me my side of aujus for my neba they told me Me to go back to hoosick street I thought that was kind of rude to say that to me.

I am a regular customer at this location. Manager Tammy is always super-friendly, kind, and considerate. She goes out of her way to make sure she and her staff are providing their customers with the highest level of quality service. I always feel like a valued customer. The subs and wraps are delicious, and the tater tots are outstanding! It is always great to have lunch here.
