"I ordered a turkey sub today, but it tasted mostly like cheese, lettuce, and bread. That would have been fine if that’s what I had ordered, but it wasn't. They also forgot to add the banana peppers I requested. When I opened my sandwich, I noticed that there was hardly any turkey at all—just two slices spread across the whole thing. I couldn’t even taste the turkey in the sub, which kind of defeats the purpose of ordering a turkey sub, don’t you think? I also got tater tots with cheese, but the cheese had a strange taste that didn’t sit well with me, so I stopped eating it. By the time I started eating the sub, I was already home, and I wasn’t about to go back out, hoping they might fix it. I've had great subs from other locations, so I think I’ll stick with them. I only tried this place because it was closer to me, but it wasn't worth it, and I won’t be returning."

Customer service was above par..however they should put the mayonnaise on the same side as the vegetables. Will try them one more time!!!

Excellent experience, the staff was very pleasant, and made my sub exactly the way I wanted it with extra condiments and cut it in half wrapping it in separate wrappings, a small but nice touch! Everything was fresh and delicious! View menu

I just had literally the best turkey bacon sub from Mr. Subb ever, and that says a lot because I use to work there. The bacon was crunchy, they put the perfect amount of mayo. It was so good that I had to leave a review. Highly recommend.

Although I specifically asked for tomatoes on all the subs I ordered, there was not a single one. I don't blame the person at the counter-she was apparently left all alone in the store. I didn't see any other employees. No one there to prep/stock anything. Management should be ashamed.

I stopped by this place for a quick bite to eat since I didn't have time to sit down, and I'm so glad I did! I ordered an Italian sub, and the young lady at the counter was incredibly quick—my sub was named, bagged, and ready to go in just seconds. I was in and out the door in 2 minutes! The sub was delicious with the perfect amount of meat, and the bread and toppings were fresh. What a great find! View menu

This was my first visit to this restaurant, and I certainly won’t be returning. I felt sorry for the young girl who was assisting an older lady; she seemed quite rude and unhelpful to both me and other customers. My order was incorrect—I specifically requested no peppers, but they were still added, and she didn’t ask if I wanted anything else on my sub. Furthermore, the couple behind me had a similar experience, as she took the husband’s order but completely overlooked the wife’s. Overall, it was not a friendly environment at all.

The experience my mother and I just had here was horrendous. It does not even deserve one star but it won?t let me go any lower. We were in the store for close to 45 minutes to get 6 subs and a Neba made. There were no other customers in the store when we went in. On one sub we had to remind the employee to put pepperoni on the Italian Mixed. The Neba had less than two slices of roast beef. The nuggets were hard as a rock and cold. It was such a bad experience. We asked for the Neba to be removed from our bill but it was not. We didn?t even have the energy to fight about the almost $5 charge. Will not be going back to this location.

"We had requested the rounded corner booth in the main dining room and arrived 20 minutes early, planning to enjoy a cocktail at the bar. But instead, we were seated at a booth right next to our preferred one. A couple finished their meal shortly after we sat down, well before our 6:30 reservation. We ordered a Beefeater gin and tonic and a very dry Beefeater martini. Both drinks had an unusual, perfume-like scent that was quite off-putting. My wife sent her drink back, and I decided to switch to a Bombay martini, but the same strange floral fragrance persisted. I regularly enjoy Beefeater and Bombay dry martinis and have never experienced this odd aftertaste before. For my main course, the Duck and Porcini confit ragu had hardly any duck in it. There were only a few shreds of duck meat hidden in the tagliatelle, but no substantial pieces. My wife’s Pesto and Shrimp dish arrived swimming in a broth. While this might be a traditional way to serve it, there was no mention of broth on the menu. She had expected the pesto to be coated on the pasta and oily, rather than soupy. As much as we have loved Capriccio over the past three decades, this experience was disappointing. We didn't even stay for dessert. We'll certainly return, but I hope to avoid writing another negative review. I usually don’t share my thoughts unless absolutely necessary, but I felt compelled to do so this time."
