"I decided to visit this hidden gem after the Christmas in Color drive-through with a large group, and the server was very friendly. The spring rolls were decent, while the egg rolls were quite good. The Pad Thai was average, especially considering it's a fusion restaurant. The special pho comes in a large bowl, but it lacks a substantial amount of noodles and meat, whereas the bun bo hue is packed with noodles. The service was a bit slow, but I'm not sure if that was because they prioritized smaller tables that arrived after us or the numerous takeout orders they were handling. There's a parking lot shared with other businesses in the area, and the restaurant's entrance is right next to the Mexican ice cream shop, so be careful not to pull the wrong door."

"This place used to be good and I see the good reviews are from a half year or so ago. Now the food is awful and our service was the second worst I've ever had. The worst was two decades ago. We always leave a 35% tip, but this time left 10% even though wehad no service. Went here for dinner. We are warm and friendly, caring people. Yerri74 took our order, and that's all he did.Kitchen staff dropped off the meal. The order was wrong. No one, including our waiter, ever came to our booth again. Saw himacross the restaurant, though. I got cheese enchiladas as part of my meal and asked for onions in it. He repeated the order backcorrectly. Not only were there no onions, there was no cheese! I ended up eating thin corn tortillas with only sauce on part ofit, the rest was just tortillas. Awful. Never got more water either. Never got our bill. Finally went up to the host and askedthe host to get it. He didn't follow through either. 15 minutes later went up to the water server, she went and got it. Kitchenwas filthy with a bunch of guys standing around with their hands behind their heads chatting and laughing. Sad this place wentdownhill in both quality of food and quality of service."

"when we came after that, they did not have our reservation, as we were in the restaurant not the caffe that is further away. apparently there are two places and my reservations were in cafe, as the restaurant is not on open table. unnecessary to say that we were in a difficult place when we wanted a concert in the ames center near. they found a table and we have our dinner."
