"Everything was great, from the food, to the service, to the atmosphere, no problems at all! Hot, accurately prepared, and ready in an expected amount of time, I've never gone wrong with the Buffalo Grove location! ?? Parking: Parking is literally right outside the front door, and disabled accessible parking couldn't be more convenient than what is offered. Wheelchair accessibility: Parking, doors, ordering, seating, and restrooms are all accessible, and not like some places where the different accommodations provided only technically meet ADA building code requirements each type of accommodation is actually functional and beneficial too! Great job to those who designed the space, but kudos are well deserved for the staff who have kept these factors usable, clean, maintained, and available over the years since this restaurant opened!"

If you order pick-up, make sure to check your order at the counter before leaving the restaurant. If you return expecting to receive the items you paid for but didn't get, you may be met with scrutiny. Even with your receipt, they'll make it difficult for you instead of simply offering an apology. I understand that mistakes happen; we’re all human. However, it's important to take responsibility and apologize instead of putting the customer on the defensive because of your own frustration.
