"Every dish I tried here was absolutely delicious. The soup broth was expertly made, and the portions were quite generous. The bowls of noodles had a strong aroma that hinted they could be quite spicy, but the level of heat turned out to be perfect—not overwhelming at all. I was pleasantly surprised by the tofu; it was very flavorful and topped with small pieces of meat, which I didn’t expect since the name implied it was vegetarian. Be prepared to use a spoon for the tofu, as it was silky soft and hard to pick up with chopsticks. The service was excellent as well; our server was quick to respond when we called and frequently refilled our water. I didn’t encounter the issue mentioned in another review regarding obligatory tips and extra requests for tips on the receipt; perhaps it was a temporary glitch that has been resolved."

We have been here 4 times in 1 month. Everything was great. The Noodles are amazing, green beans, spicy wonton, the mango black tea. I can't brag enough. A MUST try.

Just stayed here for dinner.Bad experience overall.Bad service, rude waiter.Reason: Didn’t get any service except handing us the utensils and foods, but the waiter complained I tipped so little? Will never come again!

Food is okay, but terrible service. The server literally said who in the world still tip 10% today when there were zero services provided except for taking order and check. Do not go here if you are looking for good service. View menu

Richly flavored dishes, reasonable prices, and a comfortable atmosphere, this place is my default go-to whenever I travel nearbyDine in with strong noodle soups in the rainy/winter days to get your blood going or appetite-stimulating cold dishes in the summer for take out

Noodology in Rowland is pretty good, but it could use a bit more seasoning; maybe just a touch more salt would make a difference. The soup was served hot, and the meat was delicious. I would think about coming back. I noticed that the Irvine location has a bit more flavor, while Rowland provides a wider variety of toppings.

I gave Noodolgoy two chances and the food is simply just not good. I tried the Zhajiang Noodles, Beef with Tomato Soup Noodle, Chengdu Braised Beef Noodle, Tawainese Braised Beef Noodle and Sliced Beef Ox Tripe in Chili Sauce Cold Dish. The only noodle that tasted decent was the Chengdu braised beef noodle. All the other just doesn't taste flavorful. The soup tastes like it's from an instant noodle package with hot water. I give it two stars because the portion is big. View menu

We have always loved Noodology, whether at the Pomona or San Gabriel locations, so we decided to check out the Rowland Heights spot. Unfortunately, our experience was somewhat disappointing. The cold dishes were prepackaged and lacking in flavor. The noodle bowls appeared smaller than those at the other locations. The popcorn chicken was decent, but it felt a bit pricey for the portion size. On the brighter side, the service was quick, and the restaurant was clean and not too noisy.

I have had Noodology bookmarked for awhile and decided today is the day. I saw the hit or miss reviews and hoped for the best. They are located in the HK2 District plaza with ample parking and easy to find. I ordered #26 for take out and it was soooo good! I loved everything about it: portion size, price, noodle texture, broth, spiciness, and the tender cubes of meat. It definitely hit the spot. This was an excellent first visit. I will certainly come back and hope for the best again.
