"This is my go-to neighborhood spot for tofu for my soups and soy milk. Their savory soy milk is fantastic, too! I have a soft spot for specialty stores, and while they're excellent in that regard, I don't really trust anything else they sell, haha. So, I've only tried their Chinese donuts to dip into my soy milk orders. The donuts seem like they were purchased frozen, so they're not as light and crispy as I'd prefer, but there aren't many other options in Seattle. It satisfies my cravings when I don't want to venture far from home. I'm giving four stars, but only for the tofu and soy milk products!"

Due to Covid, the restaurant is currently open only for takeout, and their menu is quite limited. They offer tofu, tofufa, soy milk, Chinese donuts, and a few other items. The entrance is located in the back alley.

The Chinese donut and soy milk are the best in Seattle area. Don’t recommend the fried pork bun and salty sticky rice, which are not relevant to me tofu. And CASH only! Otherwise you can withdraw cash at the atm in grocery store next by.

They only open factory store with limited products right now and located at the behind of the buidling(back side of where Google Map leads to) at S Jackson Pl side. They only takes cash. Soybean milk tatses really good with the smell of soybean. View menu

Soy milk is good. Fried donut油條 is nice and crispy. Spring onion pancake 蔥油餅 is thick style, depends on your preference. Rice ball...it 's really 'rice ball ', too much sticky rice.... don 't suggest. Maybe more people today, we wait for a while....

The usual entrance for dining in is currently closed. The takeout window at the back of the restaurant is open, so be prepared to walk around the block. Please note, it's cash only. The tofu is incredibly delicious, and I highly recommend trying the green onion pancake as well!

You can park out front and walk to the back alley to make your purchases at the rear door/counter. I was lucky enough to find one of the few parking spots right at the back door when I drove directly into the alley. I know the alley isn’t the cleanest place, with trash bins and carts nearby, but oddly enough, it felt homey to me. It was a strange but comforting vibe. View menu

Grungy but cheap and delicious restaurant. I absolutely love tofu, and not as a meat substitute but as a very versatile ingredient that can be sweet, salty, umami, or whatever you want it to be. The variety of dishes here speaks to how awesome soy is as an ingredient. My favorite was the bean sheets with pickled veggies/edamame while my friend liked the soft tofu with hairy pork and century egg. Everything was super cheap, with some dishes as low as $4.50. We ordered 4 dishes $32) for 3 people and took home leftovers.

The restaurant was closed, but the factory was still operating. You’ll need to go around the corner to find the back entrance. I picked up a bottle of sweet soy milk—I had hoped for the unsweetened version, but it was sold out. I also tried the fried dough (油條), which were the most authentic I've ever tasted in the U.S. The soy milk was rich in soy flavor, indicating it was made from real soybeans rather than being reconstituted from soy powder. The fried dough was crispy and just the right amount of greasy. Just a heads up: they only accept cash.
