Ol'chefskis Bbq - Menu

This restaurant serves the best ribs and BBQ I've ever tasted! However, the potato salad wasn't great; I wouldn't order that again because it lacked flavor. My husband really enjoyed his brisket sandwich, though—it was wonderful!

Talk about some GOOD BBQ. Ol'chefskis BBQ is just what we needed that day. The food was perfect! We both got sandwiches with cheese that hit the spot! I would highly recommend checking it out here! They have a couple tables outside to eat or inside overall.

Tested great. It deserves all the awards I saw in the wall. Lots of selections. The lady taking my order was very helpful and nice. The prices were more than I wanted to spend but the food portion was enough for 2 meals so that always makes up for it.Food: 5/5 View menu

My husband recommended we try this restaurant, and I'm so glad we did! The smoked ribs are absolutely fantastic! He also enjoyed the baked beans and cornbread. My son asked me to write a review and give it a perfect 5 stars! He adores their chicken tenders and fries. I highly recommend this place! ⭐️ Food: 5/5

I had the 3 meat plater, the chicken wings, the brisket, and the ribs. The portions were perfect. The seasoning was mild, so if you're someone who prefers to taste the meat more than the seasoning, you're in luck. The only issue with the food was that one slice of brisket was a little tough, but the rest were nice and tender. Good place to visit.

So I ordered and paid for some bbq sauce on March 26th and today is April 21st and still waiting!!! To top it off, I called and was told by a very nice young lady that if I have not received it in a month, call back!!! I probably could drive from Texas to Ohio and back before they ship it…bottom line….everyone was not meant to be in the online business View menu

A wonderful bbq place if you love meaty St. Louis ribs that fall off the bone. Sides were plentiful. A very expansive menu of other bbq fare. Bread does not come with your meal. Can order bread a la carte. The inside of the restaurant has a few tables but during my weekday visit a vigorous take out business. Nice looking patio in warmer weather. Order for dining-in is packaged like take-out. Not inexpensive but food is totally worth the price. One negative is charge for extra bbq sauce (50ct) which should be complimentary given cost of meal order. Like

Instead, I opted for the loaded fries without the pork sauce, and that's where things started to get interesting. The staff was incredibly attentive and made sure they understood my requests to ensure I was satisfied. I told them to charge me what they felt was fair, but they insisted on being fair with me. The loaded fries turned out to be delicious, especially with all the extra veggie toppings like jalapeños. Thankfully, they convinced me to try the Trooper Sauce on the side. I managed to handle it by dipping, but if it had been poured all over, it would have been too overwhelming. I also enjoyed sides of sauerkraut, potato salad, and coleslaw, all of which were delightful.

4 stars only because it was 1pm and they had NO ribs.The pulled pork sandwich was huge. There was meat on top of meat on it. NY husband got the 3 meat platter. So all side items are separate. They did not come with the sandwich or platter. We ordered Mac-n-cheese, baked beans, potato salad, baked beans. Side items were very plain basic to say the least. The winners here are the meats and the bbq sauces.
