"Let me start by saying that my husband really enjoyed his burger. It was cooked perfectly, well-topped, and overall a delight. I, on the other hand, ordered the hot chicken sandwich with slaw and mayo on the side. When I took my first bite, I struggled to get through the chicken. While the chicken breast was thin, it was extremely dry and tough—definitely overcooked. I took the sandwich back and asked, "Is this how all the chicken breasts are prepared?" The staff member replied, "Yes." I pointed out how dry it was, and he inquired if I had added the mayo and slaw. This made me think that perhaps I needed to saturate the sandwich with condiments just to make it enjoyable. It was disappointing because I was really looking forward to the food. I gave it another try, but it was still the same. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a waste. The chicken breast should have been thrown away, and Carver's should stick to serving beef!"
