"This was terrible! From the moment we got in I had a feeling that this could be a real treat'.. A well underdressed and dirty hostess animal hair all over her sweater wearing dirty jeans and a sports windbreaker showed us to the table. Dirty floors, booth etc on our way to our booth. We didn't even have to order in all reality because there was enough food in the floor and seat to feed a family of 5. I ordered our drinks and had to use the restroom. That stank so bad like a Texas mid summer portable toilet. The guacamole had turned and became uneatable.. When I walked out I threw up next to the car. I hope a health inspector reads this review. This place is not what it used to be anymore. Bad slow service and it seems that the staff was on something. I would drug test each and every one of them. Dilated pupils are a sign!!!"

I visited last week for happy hour, and my experience was decent, though I enjoyed the food. Deciding to give them another chance, I returned today and my server was Danielle. You...

I'm not from the area, but I almost spent $40 on Uber Eats for this place. Unfortunately, when my food arrived, it was cold and the shrimp was slimy. The entire meal was unpleasant, and I had to...

We received excellent service at the bar during our brief visit for drinks. The bartenders were attentive but not overbearing. While I cannot speak to the dining experience, I highly recommend this restaurant for delicious chips and salsa.

It was a really great experience. Despite some issues with staffing, both our waitress and the kitchen staff took good care of us. It seems like they may be understaffed, but we still enjoyed our visit and plan to come back again in the future. View menu

Gave this place another try after about 4 years of not going. Sorry but it’s still very disappointing. My carne was raw, and too many ligaments I couldn’t chew through. Rice was cold and over salted. Tortilla chips were stale… best part of the meal honestly was my husbands honey shrimp bites. Those were tasty but not worth spending that much to be disappointed

At a time when you want to drive in customers to your Restaurant, you are doing a terrible job. My wife and had dinner last night and the overall service was terrible. The restaurant was basically dirty and our waitress was very unprofessional and uninterested to take care of us. If it wasn't for the dessert, that we ordered to go and didn't get till after 30 minutes of waiting, it would have been a total waste our hard earned money. This is our second visit to this location and I guarantee you this will be our last.

update. not good. I understand that it was a busy night, we had to wait 30 to 40 minutes until eating was good. the waiter was sweet, but it wasn't good to eat. I have treated the combo with two green chili enchiladas, two fishtacos and the five order of sopapillas. the enchiladas were in order, the rice and the bores were eh, the sopapillas were in order, but the fish tacos were rough, they lubricated like frozen fish sticks on a tortilla. I will mention that the chips and salsa were good, but that was it. waiting and not worth the price. View menu

I had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant. We began with the guacamole, which had a delicious homemade flavor. I decided to try the corona rita, which was a bit sweeter than I anticipated but still very tasty. I absolutely loved the fish tacos I ordered. My partner had the ranchiladas, and he couldn't stop raving about how the juicy steak was perfectly complemented by the cheese enchiladas - he even called it amazing. The service was incredibly quick. I would also like to give a special mention to Anna for her exceptional service. She was attentive to our every need, friendly, and polite. It was truly one of the best dining experiences we've had in a long time!

This was my first time at OTB and it will most definitely be my last!! Beings former server and bartender I more proper protocol. Upon arrival, I was not greeted. It took all of 9 minutes. The bartenders decided that checking their phone and busing a table (that I was sitting in front of) was more important than me sitting there waiting. No hello, no menu NOTHING!! While ordering my drink the bartender was walking away as if I needed to hurry up or I was less important than everyone else. Mind you.. THE BAR WAS EMPTY!!!!!!! I then ordered my appetizer and a while later my entree. 15-20mins the bartender tells me they don’t have my appetizer then brings out my entree seconds later. I WANTED A...

"On my first visit, I tried the Southern Shrimp and Grits, which were simply amazing—stone-ground cheese grits topped with sautéed shrimp, enhanced by a flavorful mix of peppers and bacon. Chef Jeff and his team use fresh sirloin in their chili, and it’s absolutely delicious! The portions are generous, so you definitely won't leave hungry. The food is exceptional, and the concept behind it is truly inspiring. I now volunteer here regularly. Chef Jeff and his wife, Julie, have a mission: "Our mission is to feed, educate, and serve our community so that they may 'taste and see that the Lord is good'” (Psalm 34:8). Customers can choose to: 1) pay what they can afford, 2) pay the standard price for a similar restaurant, or 3) pay a little extra to help those who are less fortunate. This creates a beautiful and fulfilling experience. They are open for lunch from 11 AM to 2 PM, Tuesday through Sunday. If you’re pressed for time, I recommend making a reservation and letting the hostess know. Diners are seated using a "paced method" to ensure the volunteer staff isn’t overwhelmed, but any wait is certainly worth it! Be sure to try the pour-over coffee or refreshing lemonade, and sample small plates like bruschetta or farro salad, as well as main dishes such as the apple bacon sandwich, crispy potatoes, burgers, shrimp and grits, and chili. And don’t overlook the dessert—it’s indulgent! I can’t express enough how much I adore this place!"
