"Just moved to the Malvern area and felt like giving Our Deli a try again, haven’t been here since I was a kid. Stopped in around 3:30pm and ordered mozzarella sticks and fries, I was informed they were cleaning their fryers and was asked to order something else no worries at all. The waitress Annamarie chose to add a little comment in about how they close at 5, and we’re coming in “late” which is honestly irrelevant considering it’s 3:30 and we’re one of two tables?I chose a chicken and cheese quesadilla with no onions, peppers, or tomatoes just that simple. I had about 15 seconds to decide on that replacement order, considering our waitress didn’t hand me the menu back to re-order and walked away before I was done ordering. The waitress walks to the counter to place the order and says “Quesadilla with chicken or cheese, alright gotcha,” which just makes 0 sense? Food came out and my order was wrong, it was slathered in onions, peppers, and tomatoes and was just plain soggy.She comes back and asks how our food is and I mentioned my order is wrong and she has the audacity to say “Next time just be more clear with your order.” Next time you could just listen to what people order and not walk away before they’re done ordering and losing the attitude would be nice too!I like to support small businesses as much as I can but that was honestly the worst lunch I’ve had in awhile, from the food to the customer service it was just subpar. For another $20-30 I could’ve had a fantastic lunch at Nudy’s next door."

Great food, although servings are modest and there are few if any add-ons - e.g. eggs do not come with hash brews. They also sell cookies!

A go to breakfast and lunch spot. The breakfast sandwiches remind me of Joe’s Place and the lunch sandwiches are HUGE n tasty. Have never had a bad meal here wether in person or delivered. A true Main Line staple

We were in a couple of times in the last week and things have gotten better. The staff doesn't seem as harried as before and the counter where the food comes out seems much less crazy and hectic. They also didn't come and try to take our plates before we were finished, so that's good!

Came for a quick 10 minute lunch before I ended the day at my last customer. I wasn't very familiar with the layout but I was able to find the register, and the attendant was very helpful. He let me order and was patient with me when I had to go back to my car to get my wallet. The hoagie I ordered was great and came quick, but it was a little bit on the expensive side. I expect nothing less of course since they use top quality Boar's Head meats. View menu

Boycott this establishment at all cost. My family has been coming here for over 20 years. In the most recent visit, they added an extra charge for an entree. The entree was for a request to remake a dish because it came out not tasting right. Rather than address the charge when it happened, they slipped it on the next visit without saying anything. Dishonest, no integrity and just bad customer service. We get the message, you don't want our business. I'll be sure to let everyone I talk to about how you treat long time customers.

first line, excellent service. our waiter was super attentive, although the brunch was in full ground. ready, urgently needed menu decision advice. very solid. and then eating! Although I am a seafood lover, I am always nervous to order crabs benedikt to breakfast, because there are rare breakfast places have high quality seafood in the load and/or know how to cook it well, but I took the risk and am so glad. really delicious crumbs that were not inoculated and the eggs were huge and perfectly boiled. the hollandaise was solid, and the house fries crispy yum.
