"Whenever we visit Escanaba, which is quite frequent, we have a go-to spot for breakfast. This is it! The service and food are outstanding, and I highly recommend anyone visiting Escanaba to stop by for breakfast. As early risers, we often find hotel coffee lacking, but this place serves excellent coffee along with a variety of options to satisfy your appetite. "I had a wonderful lunch experience with their delicious breakfast sandwiches, and the coffee ice cream was fantastic—perfect for dining in or taking out. They also offer some gluten-free options, which is great! I absolutely love their scones and cookies as well. Occasionally, they have cold salads and quiches on the menu. The place is kid-friendly, and there’s seating available both inside and outside."

"My son and I traveled from Canada to Escanaba, Michigan for a week's vacation, to follow an ancestry lead for our family!We wanted to have breakfast at a hometown restaurant, and came across Rosy's Diner in downtown Escanaba. We were treated to a couple of the most delicious breakfasts we've had in a while! For the first time ever, we had a breakfast with a side of Corned Beef Hash which was homemade by Rosy! Our waitress was her daughter, showing it to be a real family business! Thank you Rosy's Diner, for starting us off with a great breakfast! btw... The hoodies fit perfectly!"

"I get food at Cat's frequently because, well, I've simply never been disappointed with their fare. This evening I tried their Po' Boy sandwich. It's a new addition to their menu. I am extremely finicky when it comes to seafood and RARELY ever order it, preferring to cook it myself. Cat's Po' Boy, however, was spot on delicious! The fish was cooked just right, light with a crispy crunch. The remoulade was a wonderful taste sensation that rounded out the complete sandwich. Coupled with the Parm crusted chips it was a delightful meal I am looking forward to having again. Do yourself a favor and give Cat's a try next time you are hankering for a tasteful experience at mealtime."
