Paco's Tacos - Menu

I absolutely love Paco's Tacos! My entire team enjoys dining there frequently, and we all think it's fantastic. If you're up for some spice, definitely give their Diablo sauce a try—it's incredible!

Its been a few days and I still can't comprehend how a place with Taco in the name has any business making a cheese steak that good. The upfront cost was decent but that thing is living rent free in my head now it was good.

The experience was a bit unusual. The tacos had avocados in them, which I could have done without. The meat was chopped into small cubes. The rice was unique and not what I expected, but it was well-seasoned. The staff was friendly. View menu

It's been a few days, and I still can't wrap my head around how a place with "Taco" in the name can make such an incredible cheesesteak. The initial price was reasonable, but that cheesesteak is now stuck in my mind— it was just that good!

This place consistently delivers great food. Everything is fresh, quick, and made from scratch, all at very reasonable prices. Plus, every taco comes with cilantro and avocado at no extra cost, which is how it should be! I absolutely love it.

The service was quick, and the selection of authentic meat options was impressive. The tinga chicken was flavorful, while the chorizo was more on the sweet side rather than spicy. I took my mom and sister to dinner at a new restaurant, and we were very pleased with our experience. The restaurant was spotless, including the kitchen, and the food was incredibly tasty. I underestimated the portion sizes and ended up ordering too much, assuming they would be small, but I was completely wrong! The man at the register was very friendly, and our food was served promptly. We will definitely be back!

Ignored some of the comments about the staff being rude. Shouldn't have. The food wasn't the greatest either. The guy behind the counter was impatient, aggressive, and kept telling us to sit down. He was the only one there and we ordered for 4 people. We were starving and chose pacos because it says fast bite and I figured from pictures it was more like a chipolte. wrong allacross. We visited madison for the crossfit games and this is the only place that we were not thrilled with. Still not awful, but, we are from Boston and everyone is rude sowe are kind of used to it ???????????

The person at the counter was impatient and aggressive, repeatedly telling us to sit down. He was the only staff member on duty, and we were ordering for four people. We arrived hungry and chose this restaurant because it advertised itself as a "fast bite," and from the pictures, I expected it to be similar to Chipotle. Unfortunately, I was mistaken on all fronts. We were in Madison for the CrossFit Games, and this was the only place that left us feeling let down.
