"This location is going down fast. I wish the owner would get it together! I really like the drive through feature at this location. However, the drive through is always backed up. As of today 9/22, they did not have a lot of the normal dishes and sodas that they normally have. I asked to speak to a manager to complain and the young lady said that they are short staffed and currently do not have a manager. She was holding it down almost by herself. This is unacceptable. Can't find a corporate office at this time to complain to, so I'm leaving my complaint here while I research to find the information."

I stopped by to this Panda express and got my order through drive through. They put all burnt chicken teraikey. They do not care of the customer service.

I understand that the inside closes at 9:30 but it was 9:10 and everything on the food bar was put up and they was breaking down the stations. The service at this location is steadily declining.

I had the Angus steak which was good. I also had the black pepper chicken which was awful. I really don't think they have real chicken pieces. It taste like rubber and upon further examination it wasn't chicken. I'm going to contact the manager to complain. View menu

Nasty nasty nasty. Everything was bland and the honey walnut shrimp was over battered and seemingly under cooked. They must?ve changed new management or staff because I?ve been to this location a few times in the past 12 months and it?s never been badbefore today.

The food is good here typically, they just need a bit of work on the professionalism. The door says that they are open until 9:30 Min-Thurs but they closed at 9:00pm. People were there cleaning and did not acknowledge my presence at the door. If the hours have changed, it?s best to update the hours online and on the door.

This location closes at 10pm, so understandably, they stop cooking around a certain time. Well, they ddnt have what I wanted nor enough to fill my order. The evening manager asked what I wanted him to cook and obliged me! I've been to places who will turnyou away just because they're being lazy and don't care to accommodate the customer. Well, I was very pleased and thankful forthe customer service that I received from the evening shift closing crew on 7/20/22!

The drive thru staff is slow. They took forever to greet me at the window, walking past looking at me and not even saying ?one moment?. Then when they finally decided to greet me i was asked ?Are you waiting on your order, what did you order?? ARE YOUSERIOUS. YES, I am waiting on my order i don't just play in drive thru windows and how do you not know what i ordered. Theyreally need to pick up the pace in drive thru and get on one accord. My order wasn't even difficult.
