"I wished I could rate this place 15 stars!! The location is just by the road and very easy to locate so you can 't miss it. The food is affordable and super uber delicious. I had the chicken barbecue, and I must confess that it 's one of the best chicken barbecues I have had in a long time. I enjoyed it so much i bought another portion for to -go The sides are in a buffet, so it 's eat until you drop! Then after this, they offer ice cream free of charge...amazing, right? The staff were so polite and friendly. The price of the food as you can imagine, is so affordable. I will recommend this barbecue spot with my full chest Parking: Good parking"

Came across this bbq place and saw that there are a lot of people parked outside so we decided to try it out and we loved it! Meat is perfectly seasoned and juicy without having too much fat. The service and ambiance is excellent. Will definitely go back. Highly recommended!

There aren’t many places like this left.We stop every time we make the drive from Austin to Houston and now our children look forward to it. A true classic BBQ spot with paper plates, fried catfish on Friday’s and self serve ice cream. The staff are genuinely nice people and they maintain the small town feel that is such a reprieve from the frenzy of the big business gas stations that advertise right over their roof. We love this place, not only for the delicious food, but also for the atmosphere they maintain for our family to enjoy. Thank you Peter’s, we hope to dine with y’all for years to come.
