"I'm a regular customer at this place, and I've consistently enjoyed their food. However, one incident significantly impacted my perception of their service. On one occasion, my order was incorrect, so I called them to report the mistake and figure out the next steps. I was initially planning to drive back to resolve the issue, but they assured me they would rectify it during my next order. About three weeks later, I placed another order, and they had it ready as promised. However, to my surprise, they only offered a meager $1 discount, even though the mistake had been entirely on their end. This experience left me feeling disheartened and insulted, and as a result, I won't eat here anymore."

The food was absolutely delicious, and the restaurant maintained a high level of cleanliness. The staff was incredibly attentive, even during peak hours, consistently refilling our drinks and checking on us frequently. The prices are fantastic as well. It's good, but I had better pho at many places in Georgia. Taste is okay, and there is lots of meat inside, but the noodles were overcooked and soggy. It is one of the few available Vietnamese restaurants in the Marietta area, so it's good, I guess.
