"I went for a late lunch, so the restaurant was fairly empty. It had been a while since my last visit, and I was eager to see if the food was still as good as I remembered. I decided to try the rabbit bo hue (spicy beef noodle soup), and I’m glad I did! The dish featured tender beef pieces and thin slices of Vietnamese ham, all combined with fresh mint, crushed cabbage, sliced jalapeños, and a splash of lemon juice—it was simply amazing. However, the real standout was the broth, which was incredibly fragrant and complex. It was perfectly balanced with lemongrass, cilantro, and loads of umami, without being overly spicy. I’ll definitely be returning soon!"

I enjoyed a lovely meal at this beautiful restaurant. The staff was extremely friendly. For my appetizer, I ordered the vegetarian rice roll, and for my main course, I had a Vermicelli dish with grilled tofu and fresh vegetables. Both were delicious!
