You absolutely have to try the rare steak pho and the beef with broccoli and shrimp. My friends and I visit this restaurant frequently, and we genuinely love the atmosphere, the waitstaff, the chefs, the owner, and of course, the food itself is incredibly delicious. A hidden gem! The ambiance at Phở Số 1 is the perfect blend of cozy and stylish. It's an ideal spot for a romantic dinner or a casual get-together with friends. The service was friendly and prompt, ensuring our glasses were never empty. But what truly stood out was the food. Every dish was a masterpiece. The lemongrass chicken was tender and aromatic, and the coconut milk dessert left a sweet memory that lingers. Can't recommend this place enough!

Wow, this place is absolutely amazing! It never fails to impress me. This is my favorite pho restaurant in the valley. Tonight, I spent $33 on two generous dishes: the #45, which features glass noodles, cucumber, carrots, jicama slices, an egg roll, and your choice of charbroiled beef or pork (I went with beef this time). A squeeze of fresh lime and some red chili sauce on top, and it takes me straight to heaven for a moment. We also ordered the chicken pho soup, and let me tell you, that broth is like a warm hug when you're feeling under the weather. You can really taste the care that went into making it. Since I had been to the Simi branch before and had a great impression, I decided to go to the Reseda , which is part of the same chain.It was amazing to see a Vietnamese restaurant with multiple locations like this.
