Since I had been to the Simi branch before and had a great impression, I decided to go to the Reseda , which is part of the same chain.It was amazing to see a Vietnamese restaurant with multiple locations like this. I thought the owner must be fantastic. With high expectations, my family and I decided to go to the new Reseda restaurant .When we entered the restaurant, the interior was very clean and stylish, with a sense of cleanliness. And that 's where the disappointing story began.Starting with a young female waitress, all the employees lacked service, friendliness, and smiles. Everything was sloppy. Every employee on the night of June 10, 2023.At first, I thought maybe it was just the young girl who served our table who was disappointing, but it turned out that all the other employees were the same. I have never seen such unfriendly waitresses before.If it was just one person who served us, it would have been more understandable, but all the young female waitresses and employees had the same attitude. This made me realize that it 's not an individual problem, but a lack of education within the company as a whole.
