"We ate tonight at the Lynnwood pho than brothers restaurant, this is our second time giving this restaurant I try as the first time we went, we were unfortunately kicked out less than 30 minutes after getting our food because they were closing, and even though we had been there for 45 minutes and ordered our food, we were not allowed to finish our food and had to take it to go because they didn’t want to stay open till allow us to finish. I decided to give them another try tonight, and I am sad to say this is the absolute last time we will try them. Although their food is generous, in size and pretty tasty, the fact that we had to try on several attempts to get the attention of any worker to get a refill of water, was beyond ridiculous. I was unable to get the attention of the young man who was helping with seating people, and ringing people up, as he sat there on his phone versus scanning the dining room to make sure that no one needed anything. As I was so disturbed that he would sit there on his phone versus making sure that no one needed water or a refill of tea or anything unless the door chimed because someone was coming in. Please see picture attached for reference of him on his phone. It certainly should not take 30 minutes or more to get a refill of water. Realized I expect that when I go to a restaurant, if my drink, whether it be water or another drink that is refillable, that the wait staff would be the ones to notice and offer a refill without me needing to try way harder than needed to flag them down. Even after I had finished the refilled glass of water, I wanted more and decided I was not even going to attempt to get another refill because I knew it would probably take another 30 minutes. Will never go back here again as I felt disrespected as a customer."

The food was excellent, but the place was extremely crowded, and there were no available seats or tables. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food rating: 5 Service rating: 3 Atmosphere rating: 2

The food was rather inconsistent; it ranged from having great flavor to being quite bland. I'm also confused about the closing time—why does it say 9 PM when they stop serving at 8:20? Shouldn't the hours reflect that? Rating: 3/5.

My daughter and I have been coming here for 15 years. The last couple of years we noticed that the noodles are overcooked resulting in very soggy pho. The staff and service are excellent, as well as the broth. Got tired of the soggy, overcooked noodles and started going to Good Pho You in Lynnwood which is . Noodles cooked to perfection and the broth is true to Vietnamese style. Meal type: Dinner View menu

I used to really enjoy dining here, but today I found bugs in my pho. I made sure to double-check before bringing it to the attention of the staff, and when I did, one of the employees suggested that it might have been a piece of mushroom, even though I hadn't ordered any mushrooms in my pho, and the photo clearly shows it was a bug. They offered to give me my meal for free, but that doesn’t make up for how unpleasant this experience was. To make matters worse, less than half an hour before closing, they practically rushed us out the door. I am very disappointed and this will be my last visit.

I'm really disappointed. I came here for the first time to enjoy Pho Than Brothers. I read the reviews on Gpogle and was very excited because I love Pho. However, I entered this store and waited over 5 minutes and even went to register. Did not get seated, nor did anyone ask me if i needed help. I then felt I was not seen because I am a black man and that Pho Than Brothers staff did not see me as a customer. Wjat really made this experience real is that after patiently waiting over 5 minutes for service, Pho Than Brothers staff did not have a problem seating two Vietnam customers who walked into the door after I waited at the door up fron for sevice.

"The Delish is in the Details MDH invited me out to lunch, so based on a recent review, I suggested Bistro 76 Cafe and Catering, in Perrinville, just north of Edmonds. They're known locally for their breakfasts (including house made cinnamon rolls on the weekends), but we're slow risers. Menu perused, five of six lunch sandwich options were approved for sharing (no mushrooms), and a trade deal was struck. Grilled Cheese and Spiced Butternut Bisque for me, and a Reuben with Sweet Potato and Ham Soup for him. We swapped soup bowls twice. The Spiced Butternut Bisque had more depth of flavor and a hint of sweetness, while the Sweet Potato's little hits of ham made it solidly enjoyable, if simpler. Our sandwiches, of good size, scored points for the artisan bread, toasted but not so crunchy as to rake the roof of your mouth, soft, fresh, rye ciabatta, the tenderest corned beef I've ever had, and white cheddar/smoked gouda and gruyere cheeses, instead of just a basic cheddar or swiss. The tomato and red onion concasse sang in harmony on the Grilled Cheese, and the guinness molasses mustard quietly hummed on the Reuben. Not only was the food tasty, but pretty, too. A zigzag of white crema across the soups, plus a dusting of spice, heightened our anticipation, even before the spoons broke the surface. Everybody knows that sandwiches taste better cut into triangles, with frilly toothpicks. We took home an order of Banh Mi Tacos for dinner (or second lunch, as a hobbit might suggest), because they sounded so good, and will be going out of rotation for a while. Also, since so many folks ask for breakfasty goodness midday, a couple lunch item slots may make way for more morning foods. One of the chefs kindly chatted with us for a bit, and thus we learned that one can sometimes purchase their lemon curd, jam, or salad dressing to take home. Let me sing you a song of lemon curd, with choruses on fresh squeezed juice, butter, sugar and egg yolks, cooked into custardly thickness. Bistro 76 caters, too. When there's kindness in the kitchen, it comes out in the food. Read Seattle Refined's review for more background on the restaurant and its team. P.S. We will soon be getting up early for breakfast on a weekend, if I have anything to say about it. The pictures I've seen of their cinnamon rolls give me hope that somewhere other than my own kitchen, a moist and substantial cinnamon bun is being produced. Most are too fluffy, and dry. That's the reason I still make homemade yeast rolls for holiday meals, too."
