"Dear owner, Am a person with integrity and I believe whoever does wrong to others eventually, karma will get you.But to anyone who’s reading this take ur biz else where. This patron shouldn’t be supported at all. He doesn’t care about ur needs or what you thinks.Their workers brake every Covid rules, and have some sort of ear problems cuz the music so loud there, that when you call to order basically their yelling over the phone. Or there’s family or friends members hanging out in the kitchen/front without a mask. Is no lie that 75% of the reviews of this restaurant are pretty much the same, so, there’s no negativity to be spread. Seems to me you haven’t gone thru all of them. THATS SAD!!I have ordered from this place twice and there’s always a problem, wether the order gets to me wrong, something is missing, and or an order is really small for the over priced food supposedly to be for two person be able to eat charging 28$ It’s an atrocity, NO TRUST! I understand we on different times and there’s food shortage but not to rip off ur clients without advising them.In the other hand your responses to clients are so vague and unprofessional, that you always have an excuse for everything. And in the resturant biz that doesn't work. Your lack of intelligence don’t understand that negatives comments shouldn’t be taken for granted but to turn it into a positive one for the welfare of your biz going forward.I will leave it as that Dear Patron! This is FORT LEE, NOT Washington Heights!!!You do deserve less than one NEGATIVE rate is sad to read all ur reviews!!!“LA CHOZITA” is an authentic Dominican Restaurant and they also are on Doordash their food is very consistent, they listen to client and very polite. I have no biz on this biz but they deserve to be exposed for the real Dominican ppl who likes to be treated with kindness."

The bark meat empanada is absolutely delicious—crispy with a flavorful filling. The pernil roast pork lunch served with moro mixed rice is also great; the rice is flavorful and complements the meal perfectly.

My son brought me to this restaurant in Ft Lee area. Said his job coworkers recommended. I had the Rice with shrimp and bacalao…Food was excellent. Service was excellent.Seating area is small but food was worth it.

the food was good, but the service is unhappy. if my life was counted on it, this would be the least reliable restaurant to have my order ready in a timely occasion. if you have a lot of time to waste and want to eat good, that is the place to go.

Pretty over priced for the amount of Mangú Con Los 3 Golpes. I requested for the salami and eggs to be seperated and that was totally ignored but all was good. Didnt like the Avena Estilo Dominicana but thats just me. Its literrly just the liquid part , no oats. View menu

The restaurant is far too expensive for the quality and quantity of food they offer. I believe they are the only Spanish restaurant in the area, but there are better options across the bridge in Washington Heights. There, you can find delicious, fresh food in generous portions for a better price.

Was in the area and saw this place so decided to give it a try. I ordered the fish w/ rice and beans and a chicken empanada. The fish is made to order so had to wait a bit for it to be made. It was ok. The rice taste and smelled funny so ended up tossing it . They also never put my empanada in my bag.

Placed an hour over an hour and half ago and I called they picked up and hung up 4x. When they finally stopped picking up and hanging up a woman picks up hello as if it 's her personal phone. She puts me on hold, completely forgets I 'm on hold. Starts to have a whole conversation about something else. I hung up and had to call back more 3x. Finally spoke to her, she told a guy why are you taking orders if you aren 't going to deliver she comes back on the line and tells me your order is on the way and hangs up !!! Never again will I order from here ! View menu

This restaurant can hardly be called that. The seating is uncomfortable, almost like being in a guesthouse. It's hard to understand how they came up with their prices; it doesn't even seem worth it to eat here. You would think that the quality would speak for itself, but the food is mediocre at best. An empanada costs $3, which seems excessive. If this place were in a Hispanic community, I seriously doubt it would survive. Everyone has their own opinions, and I don’t mind what they choose to do, but it’s clear to me, and even my mother, who is over 60, noticed the issues. I certainly won't be returning!

The last time I ordered the San Cocho. The stew only had a few pieces of meat, 2 small pieces of potato and no corn. Also ordered side of beans in a cup and only a 1/3 were beans the rest liquid. I decided to give them one more try but this is the last time i will buy any food from this establishment. I ordered chicken, rice and beans. The chicken was so small and really dry to the point it was inedible. The tostones I bought we also mushy, undercooked and saturated with oil, probably because the fryer wasn't hot enough. I know restaurants are struggling and trying to save money but I'd rather pay little more and get better quality food. The chef looked miserable and it was evident in the fo...
