"I have to agree with the rest of the reviewers and leave a 3 star review. The service is very slow, if you are in a rush should get the app to expedite your order. The food quality is pretty good and i actually prefer this place over chiptole. The only quarrel is the meat sometimes is not hot and rice can be hard. The plus is free guac! The chips are good. The pricing is reasonable for the amount of food and quality. I also like the variety of salads vs burrito vs taco salads you can get. I like getting the taco salad. This is a great place to grab a quick bite but just make sure to get the app if you are able to!"

This place has a lot of room for improvement. They also ran out of several items. If they had quicker service and more affordable prices, I would consider returning.

All the food I received was cold. I also ordered and paid for extra chicken in my quesadilla and there is hardly any chicken in it at all. I ordered chips and queso and the bag of chips was only enough for like a toddler to eat. I am very disappointed.

I visit this restaurant frequently, and it consistently delivers quality for the most part. The staff are generally helpful and friendly. I have encountered one or two situations with staff members who weren't as friendly as the others, but I won't let those experiences overshadow the majority who are usually very accommodating and pleasant. Overall, I enjoy my meals and the service 9 out of 10 times, and I'm looking forward to my next visit.
