The fast service at this point was amazing. Yesterday afternoon 4 of us ordered and were fast through the line, sections were excellent. Today my husband went back, and again the customer service was excellent with great portions. If we live here, we would always go back. Well done!!!

Hands down best Qdoba I've been to! All the food was fresh, every employee we encountered was kind, helpful, and smiling. Everyone was working hard keeping things clean including the tables which seems to be rare since covid and understaffing. Very impressed! Today, my husband came back, and once again, the customer service was fantastic, accompanied by great portion sizes. If we lived nearby, we would definitely return often. Well done!

I saw a friend on Facebook rave about how amazing this place is, which is just a five-minute drive from my workplace, so I decided to give it a try. I ordered online and picked up my food. Unfortunately, my first experience was disappointing. The fajita vegetables weren’t cooked properly, and I ordered a cheesy quesadilla, but what I received was far from what I expected. I am not sure if there is new management or something, but the man who seems to be the manager or owner always gives the smallest possible portions of food and then when you ask for more, he’ll up charge you. He claimed the standard fajita portion is two small pepper slivers. Qdoba corporate needs to crack down on chains that do this. On top of that, the food doesn’t seem to be very fresh at all. Browning lettuce and stale rice. No comparison to something like Currito, where the food is always fresh.

Went to this qdoba for many many years and the one thing that has always been severely inconsistent is the customer service. Recently, the amount of attitude, blank stares, rude remarks, and just all around the staff is not friendly at all, they don’t even greet you when you walk up they just stare. However, I will say ALL managers have been very kind when they are working. The food is always good and great for the price, but the customer service is horrid. I would advise anyone that goes here in the future to order online or just don’t go at all your day will be ruined by the staff, they just don’t care especially the older staff members. Qdoba is one of our favorite chains. Tonight, we found one we won 't revisit. We just moved to the area and have been eating out a lot as we haven 't gotten our kitchen in order yet. We 've been pleasantly surprised by a lot of the places to eat in Deerfield.One thing we 've noticed is that they 're all clean and well maintained. Walking into this Qdoba felt different. It was 6PM on aTuesday with no one around. There was a bit of a strange smell, but nothing too odd.
