Frank is the worst employee and really shouldn't be in customer service.

The subs here are hitting close to the Jersey Mikes level of customer quality and more meat like Arbys..... JUST OPEN LATE AND VERY SATISFYING!!

I ordered a roast beef sub, but I received a phone call informing me that there was a shipping problem at the restaurant. They kindly offered to replace my order with any sub of my choosing instead. View menu

Terrible experience. I ordered a salad with extra chicken and avocado, but I hardly received enough chicken and avocado for a regular serving. I could actually count the cheese pieces they included. I only got two slices of cucumber. I definitely won't be ordering from here again.

I and my friend just there a few minutes before the cashier had a terrible attitude about us a refund for a product(s) they did not have as well as she was curse also for the price you should pay for the pommes You much more then what we do not ever go back to this place through all means

The coffee section consistently talks about dairy products, but it seems no one is cleaning up. All the milk and cream containers were empty, and aside from the two ladies in the food department, it felt like no one was working. I have been visiting this QuickChek location for over five years because it's the closest one to my home, but I have consistently experienced some of the worst customer service and the least friendly staff compared to other QuickChek stores I've been to. Additionally, it appears that this location has a very high employee turnover rate.

I’ve had terrible service every time I’ve visited this restaurant, and this was my third experience. The woman at the register is usually rude, and today, despite expecting a better interaction with someone else, the new staff member was just as unfriendly. I requested chicken on my salad, but it was missing. When I went to ask the woman who prepared my food about it, she was dismissive and made me wait while she attended to other orders that came after mine. Eventually, she fixed my order, but the entire experience was frustrating.

Store employees at the cash registers were not very attentive, although there were self-service checkout machines. When we won our lottery tickets, we had to wait for the employees to finish walking around and talking or doing whatever they were doing to finally get our tickets checked. Not too of a big deal though, just felt like we were ignored a bit. It's cool how you use touchscreen computers to order food, although it was a bit annoying that the order would timeout if you didn't choose quickly enough.
