"Loved my experience here!! I live 40 minutes away in Greensboro but have been dying to try Raku since they first opened after hearing so many wonderful things. It took me a while to get around to going, but was so worth it!! It was absolutely delicious. Some of the best sushi I’ve ever had, you could tell that it was fresh! The place was clean, and our server was wonderful! Would 100% drive the 40 minutes again, and more often, to have lunch/dinner here at Raku. Parking: They have a large parking lot there for the restaurant specifically! It was pretty packed but there were still some spots open when we got there. Kid-friendliness: My sweet nephew, who is just under a year old, came with us. The servers loved him, and he loved the rice haha!"

The best sushi in all the Winston-Salem area. We’ve been going for years. We had a birthday party with a huge sushi order and they labelled every roll to help us keep things straight!

Their staff is friendly. That is the only good thing I have to say. My mother ordered a cut of salmon over rice and both her and my kid got food poisoning. Their prices do not reflect quality ingredients. The Ramen is Top Ramen noodles not real Ramen noodles. The salmon is a cut of bag frozen from the food lion behind it. Not worth the money or the time. Also their food safety score is LOW they need to be shut down. Service: Dine in View menu

The food is great but the service could be better. On a to-go order, I had requested a few modifications and none of them were done, however we were still charged. I had requested for an egg, but no egg. I had requested for excluding crab from a roll due to allergies and it was not omitted. I had even asked when paying if no crab was in the roll and was met with a confident confirmation. I guess that's on me for not checking there and then. I think it would have been better to have been told that no modifications could be made instead of coming home to less than what I paid for.

Oh my goodness, this place is divine! If you've been searching for an authentic ramen experience, this is it. You can tell they take pride in their ramen bowl ingredients.The broth is so unbelievably flavorful, perfectly balances the other ingredients. We have to eat gluten free, so they substituted traditional ramen noodles with rice noodles!We got the Black Garlic ramen the White Tonkotsu ramen, both with pork belly. And the egg they include is SO good as well. We'd pay extra for an additional egg half lol.We're addicted and will definitely be back. As of 1/2024 it was only $30 (plus tip) for two big bowls of ramen!
