"My husband tried the Veggie pho with vegetable broth, and it was simply boiled vegetables in water—completely flavorless and devoid of any pho spices or even salt. We also shared a meatball banh mi and a Cha Lua banh mi, both of which were the worst I’ve had in San Antonio. The bread was a standard hoagie roll; although it was slightly toasted, it lacked the fluffy interior and flaky crust of a proper French baguette. There was no pate, no soy sauce, no pickled carrots or daikon, and only a hint of mayo, with tiny slices of cucumber. The meatballs were bland, falling apart, and they didn’t come with tomato sauce (which is typically included in Vietnamese meatball sandwiches, just not the American-style tomato sauce). The Cha Lua banh mi had two large pieces of dry Cha Lua, which should be soft and moist, instead of being sliced thin like deli meat. Plus, it had whole peppercorns, which I didn’t enjoy, although some might like that. The prices were also quite high for the quality of food served here. There are other Vietnamese restaurants in the area offering better food at lower prices. The ambiance felt a bit disjointed, as if the place had been renovated in bits and pieces by different individuals with varying design styles (evident in the mismatched floor tiles). The menus had prices crossed out with no updated figures provided, leaving us in the dark about costs. Handwritten phone numbers added to the overall impression of unprofessionalism. At least they offer vegetarian options, even if they're lackluster."

I’ve been here several times and the food is good but it’s inconsistent. The vermicelli is kind of overcooked. Pho is ok though.

Excellent pho soups served in small or large bowls. I always order the small bowl for myself. There are a number of recipes to choose from most of which I really enjoy.

It's not the best PHO I've tasted but it's good if you're craving fast easy soup and noodles. The Chai Milk Tea boba was pretty bad. The boba wasn't fresh so it was really chewy and the Mango Shake wasn't even blended all the way. It's too overpriced for the quality View menu

I was excited to try this restaurant since it's nearby my apartment. The menu prices seemed appealing, but when I got there, I was informed that the prices had gone up. I ended up ordering some Chinese dishes instead of their renowned pho, and while they were decent, they didn't quite impress me.

definelty hole in the wall place will be coming back. Highly recommend the grilled pork pho. my waiter was nice enough to recommend I try these little peppers but they were beyond spicy ! He laughed and said they are vietnamese and i laughed because he was eating them like they were candy meanwhile lol. Over all very very good !

I have had a Bahn Mi before that was good, but today I ordered the Orange Chicken. Maybe I should only order pho from a pho place. This was honestly the worst orange chicken I ever ate. It was just chicken with some sauce on top and a giant orange wheel slice. No orange peel, no red chili, and the sauce tasted bland. It didn't taste or look anything like orange chicken. I rarely leave a review but I would warn you before ordering anything that's not Pho View menu

Most of the menu options weren't available when we visited. We were informed that there was no one to cook anything that needed frying, so our only choices were soup or a limited selection of sandwiches. The sandwiches we ordered were just a large sub roll with two small strips of meat each. While the meat was decent, it certainly wasn't worth the price for such a meager portion. The server was friendly and explained the situation well, but honestly, I would have left after learning they had nothing else to offer if I hadn't been with a coworker. Overall, I cannot recommend this place.

What kind of restaurant has zero workers? I tried calling ahead for take out and no one answered the phone. I figured since it 's lunch time, maybe they 're too busy to man the phone. I decided to drive over and place an order in person. I arrive and the door is propped open with a chair, odd. Not a single soul inside- no customers, no staff. I stand at the counter for 10 minutes as I can hear someone in the back. After shouting hello several times, I finally get the attention on an older man. I ordered the chicken pho and it was honestly an insult to Vietnamese cooking. Native Vietnamese here and I can tell you no effort was put into this. The broth was bland and cloudy. The chicken was dry...
