"Usually, Red Ribbon has good cakes and we always love their mango cake but one time, my dad bought a birthday cake called the Sans Rival cake to try something new. When we came home, we found out that we had spent $20 on a small biscuit cake which tasted really BAD. We tried to return it but they turned us away, which really shows that they don't care about their customers. Overall, a very disappointing experience...probably never going back again."

I was just visiting this city and fancied Sans Rival but the other Red Ribbon store sold out of this goodness so we decided to come here. Service is efficient, store is well-lit and clean. However, the only drawback: the texture of Sans Rival was like of cardboard. It tasted deliciously buttery but once we sunk our teeth into the pastry, it's tough. Hope you improve the storage to keep its crunch and freshness.
