Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

We avoided Red Robin because of service problems. But this location offered us a wonderful family eating experience. From the beginning to the end this was wonderful. Congratulations to the entire staff for cooperation. It can be done.

We'd been here once or twice before; overall our visits here have been a treat. The food was presented well and tasted excellent, as well as the restaurants presentation and cleanliness. I recommend the Sweet Potato Fries and the Clucks!

rr was generous in her portions with her fish/chips when I told the server I would share it with my 83 yr old vater. I expected an additional plate, but we both received separate baskets..it was perfect! and it was refreshing that two managers help on any possible wise. so it was a pleasant experience. View menu

The food was good....a bit like pub food...and the service was very efficient. It was a bit noisy in the dining room but that has only to do with guests, and not the establishment itself. Not exactly a low calorie meal, we started with dill pickle nickels which are very good! I had a chicken burger and my partner had a California chicken sandwich.

I haven't been to this location in a few years, so came out here. I remembered the fish n chips were pretty good. At a burger joint, right? We came here for the fish n chips. They were still pretty decent. Plentiful servings on the basket. See pic. Onion ring stack is the same with decent sauces. Funny...good fish n chips are at Red Robins and Culver's; both burger spots. LOL. Well, Irish Wolfhound has great fish n chips.

They were SO BUSY when we got there that we were in the bar area to eat. Loved this place service was excellent! From the minute we entered the restaurant Whitney, the manager, did an outstanding job greeting us, welcoming us in, and walking us to our table with great small talk along the way. Once we sat service for drinks and ordering were swift. Took up Whitney on all recommendations and he did well all our orders were delicious. Sever Cynthia did an awesome Job tending to our needs and ensuring drinks were always full. Definitely a place I look forward to bringing my family to again.

As far as Red Robin's go, this was a solid location. We chose this restaurant due to it's proximity to Surprise Stadium. We were seated quickly. Our server was over almost immediately to take our drink orders. We were offered drink refills. Food came out of the kitchen in about 15 minutes. Food was all hot and fresh. Fries had that bit of crispness to the edges. Whiskey river barbecue chicken sandwich was juicy. There was only about one tablespoon of barbecue sauce. Bonzi Burger was ordered with some pink. Instead it was cooked well done. That burger had lots of sauce. Veggies were all fresh. Service was prompt and attentive.

my daughter, whom I had eaten on Friday 15th july, too late to redeem our free Burger special about our rewards w/ red robin. we had to wait only 10 minutes, or so, as they were in a middle of a switch change. the waiting zone is also spacious. our waitress came within a few minutes to take our drink, ridden, immerse the sauce requirements. our waitress is very friendly and attentive and when she was asked for little fries sauces and sauces, she immediately brought them out and when there was a delay she made sure that she got everything we need before we go. all our foods were delicious and cooked per our request well made and we will definitely be back.
