"As for the food, it was overall fantastic. We shared several appetizers: lobster risotto, scallops, beef tartare, and Caesar salad. The lobster risotto was my favorite; the texture and flavor were exceptional. The scallops and beef tartare were also quite good, with great taste and perfectly cooked scallops. The salad was fresh, and while the dressing was nice, it was a bit too much for my taste as I prefer lighter dressing. For our main course, we all ordered the beef Wellington, and it was the best I’ve ever had—it absolutely lived up to the hype! Now, let’s talk about the highlight of the evening: the sticky toffee pudding. Just order it. It’s divine, melting in your mouth, warm, gooey, and sweet without being overly so. I would happily return just for this dessert. The service was pleasant; our waiter did a good job—nothing extraordinary, but nothing to complain about either. However, I found the ambiance a bit off. From what I could tell based on the show, they seem to want diners to have a memorable experience, which I believe the food delivered. But the atmosphere felt somewhat cold, almost like dining in a factory-style restaurant. It lacked warmth and life, and it seemed like the staff were just going through the motions, focused on quickly turning tables rather than enhancing the guest experience. Overall, if you’re looking to enjoy outstanding beef Wellington and the best sticky toffee pudding, Hell's Kitchen is definitely worth a visit."

Service and ambiance is amazing food was so so. Needed more seasoning and some different textures. I needed some salt for my food as well. The Brussels sprouts were great and the lobster risotto was good as well.

The food wasn't tasty at all. No flavor and no seasoning. Very bland. Not worth the money at all. I spent approximately $80. Very disappointed. The dry fatty steak was received by another party at the table. They didn't even trim the fat

No question that the ambience here is incredibly decadent and gorgeous and stylish. Had the beef Wellington and it was tasty. It would be nice to see more options for entrées and sides. The menu is so limited that I've been to a Hells kitchen three times now and there's no other dishes that interest me on the menu.

Dining Experience: $50–100 per person Food: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Service: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Atmosphere: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommended dish: Crispy Beef Birria Tacos I had a fantastic dining experience, with everything from the food, service, and atmosphere exceeding my expectations. Took my two teenage grandchildren to dinner here. They are eating machines but I wanted to have a memorable dinner with them. And so it was. Food was very good and the portions are not skimpy. The service is good, but on a full night the noise level makes table conversation challenging if you're next to a raucous party. It's a basic menu and a couple of my Vegas favorites are not offered here but what they do offer is done well. Hopefully as time goes on they will start introducing more options.

Wow! Hands down the best meal I've had in a long time! The Waygu meatballs were a dream, and the Beef Wellington melts in your mouth! It was a birthday celebration, and they brought us both complementary mini sticky toffee pudding desserts. Our server Hector saw to our every need, and kept our water glasses iced and full. The setting is a little noisy, but exactly what you would expect Hell's Kitchen to be. We felt very pampered and cared for. This is my second visit, and I can't wait to come back!

I ordered the prime sirloin steak cooked medium along with Brussels sprouts—simple enough, right? While the steak was cooked perfectly, it had no seasoning at all; it was incredibly bland. It wasn’t even sliced properly. There was a large piece of fat on the end of the steak drenched in some unidentifiable sauce. As for the garnish, which consisted of mushrooms, they were also completely devoid of seasoning; no salt, no pepper—nothing at all. I strongly recommend that the chefs at this Hell's Kitchen location undergo retraining to meet Chef Ramsey’s standards. Once that happens, I’ll consider giving the restaurant another shot. I was looking forward to visiting the new SoCal HK to celebrate a special birthday! Making reservations on OpenTable was a breeze. The restaurant itself is gorgeous and beautifully designed. The service was outstanding, and we were seated at a lovely table with a great view of the kitchen. However, it was quite dark inside, which I found a bit off-putting as I prefer a brighter atmosphere. The food didn’t quite measure up to the Las Vegas HK we visited last year; the wagyu meatballs were served at nearly room temperature, which was surprising. Overall, I think I prefer the Las Vegas location. On a positive note, they acknowledged my wife's birthday with a lovely dessert. Just keep in mind th...

On a turnaround trip to Harris casino we stopped here to get a bite to eat. Party of 8 they were able to accommodate our party which was a great surprise but they did. The restaurant was clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was open for viewing from our table. We started out with a seafood tower. This is very reasonable in my opinion considering the amount fresh seafood that is included. The lobster was delicious and was a generous portion. Oysters clams, muscles, shrimp were also included. Great deal. We also ordered the lobster risotto. This was tasty with a hint of truffle and a full lobster tail. Dinner arrived I got the salmon hold the bacon. It was very good and filling. All in all...

"To honor what would have been her husband’s 70th birthday, Thomas is organizing a private party on January 19 and hopes to open the doors to the public shortly thereafter. She plans to keep the original menu and staff, having retained her cooks and servers on payroll during the rebuilding process. “Everything on that menu is somebody’s favorite, so we're going back to how it was,” Thomas shared. The restaurant's decor will also be restored to its welcoming Americana theme, featuring old publicity photos of stars like John Wayne and Ronald Reagan, as well as images of the Blue Angels, beer signs, and bald eagles. The restaurant’s specialty remains all-you-can-eat ribs. Remarkably, the only item to survive the fire was a framed photo of the Thomases with country music legend George Strait, which hung on the wall where the electrical blaze started—an occurrence Thomas finds hard to believe. This blaze was the second fire to affect Valley Center Road within just three months; a historic building housing the Corral Liquor Store was also lost to flames in early December 2002. Tragically, just weeks later, Tommy Thomas passed away from complications related to diabetes. Known widely for his philanthropy and his restaurant, Tommy, a jovial man who named the restaurant after himself, brought a lot of character to the place. “Ivor means John in Welsh,” Georgine explained, recalling how after their opening, “you wouldn’t believe how many Ivors came out of the woodwork.” As she reflects on the reopening, emotions run deep for Georgine, as she wipes away tears. She has found solace and inspiration in the support from the community over the last two years. Shortly after the fire, a sign was placed on the property stating: “If you rebuild, we will come back.” Although the sign has faded from exposure to the elements, Georgine has vowed to keep it as a symbol of hope. “Every time I go into town, people express their excitement for Fat Ivor’s reopening,” she expressed. “We receive calls daily and make sure to respond to each one.” Remarkably, she even received an inquiry from a man in England planning to visit, who wanted to ensure the restaurant would be open during his trip. “It fills me with joy to bring it back,” Georgine said, her enthusiasm shining through. “That is what has driven me forward.”"

"The food was good and everything but it was expensive food for something that was underwhelming.. and then the cashier happened to be stuck up and rolling his eyes at me and used a strange tone while saying a Pina colada ok when I ordered a Pina colada and got even worse when 3 guys, I 'm assuming the oldest guy was the owner? But he has a young teen with him and another older man with him. My brother and I were enjoying our food Wich is paid ahead of time. And noticed the owner and his two ppl were talking and laughing oddly and aggressively loud to display something? then we noticed the owner locked the door so when we tried to leave he asked if we paid our dues Wich was weird because to get the food you need to pay ahead of time.. and then he walks right up to us asking again and as we 're unlocked the door we te him yes and then he tries talking to us afterwards using a condescending tone and phrases when we were leaving. On my way out the young teen gave me a snarly face Wich I don 't know why? We are two totally regular guys not trouble starters and we don 't look like trouble starters. Very weird overall experience. In summary the food is ok but it 's overpriced. The service is just rude without any reason at all. The owner is also a weirdo. And I would definitely not recommend eating here. I 'm also a security guard so I 'm not one to exaggerate my Enterpretations of expressions tones and action"
