"After we received our side salad and settled down to eat, we heard some commotion. A staff member mentioned that she had told them not to cut the pizza, but the kitchen insisted she hadn't communicated that. When they brought out the pizza, it was cut, and the staff member claimed, "It's all nice and cut for you." As strict vegetarians, we are very particular about cross-contamination. Many chains still struggle to understand what that entails. They do not wash their utensils, including slicers, between pizzas, so we brought our own slicer and utensils to ensure our meal would be safe. After we insisted multiple times, they agreed to make a new pizza and discarded the first one. By this point, we had been waiting for over an hour, and we were not offered anything for the mistake. Although the cook personally delivered the corrected pizza and apologized, it was still the most unprofessional experience I have encountered in a long time!"

It's easy to place an order at Rocky's! The staff is fun and cheerful, and we've been enjoying their delicious pizza since they opened in the mid-70s. While waiting for our takeout, we ordered some sodas and breadsticks. The breadsticks were amazing! The only downside was the snow-covered sidewalks, making the entrance wet and slippery. But the breadsticks and pizza were fantastic!

Rocky Rococo was a significant part of my childhood because it was so convenient, quick, and affordable to grab a slice. I was thrilled to find a location near The Valley Grand Cinema since I always crave their pizza. If you haven't tried their deep dish pizza, you're missing out. It's loaded with delicious Italian sausage and Wisconsin cheese, making it ooey, gooey, and irresistible. My favorite is the rectangular pie with sausage, pepperoni, green peppers, and onions - it's a flavor explosion. The staff at this location was friendly, and the restaurant was clean and spacious.
