"So I have been going to Romano's for a long time. Its just not the same as it used to be. They need to get the poor waitstaff out of masks, I don't think I'm going back until they end the mask thing, its just ridiculous at this point. Our server was nice but spread a little too thin, it was super busy. The menu is just not what it used to be and I miss having the bottle of Chianti on the table. Glasses of wine were horribly overpriced for what you got. It was decent food, OK service and the wine was stupid priced. I don't know if I'll be back, certainly not until they let those poor servers and helpers breathe unmasked air. . . I used to love eating here. Loved it. They took so many things off the menu for Covid, plus they took my favorite dish off. I feel like now its just a step up from Olive Garden (which is pathetic). Its a shame, they need to get over the stupid Covid BS and get back to normal, get the full menu back and get rocking, or they are not going to make it. . ."

The dinner was great. My husband's first experience. He loved everything about the experience.

Food was good, caesar dressing was a little bland, service was a little slow. Love the atmosphere.

eating was good and service was friendly and fast. the music was so loud that we had to scream and lean over the table to hear.

the price for food is too high for the quality of food. there were tables throughout the restaurant and took a long time to get beverage refills and brot. View menu

Great experience! A bit of a wait but that was to be expected on one of the busiest days of the year. Thank you Macaroni Grill for helping me provide the best valentines my honeys ever had!

To be honest, eating was simply in order and the fact that they still wear workers make masks, means that I will not go back until they have to leave the workers under this ridiculous mask rule.

the restaurant itself it beautiful. I ordered the mushroom ravioli. I was really delicious, but the part was extremely small and my meal was our server never again our waters and was not very attentive to our table. the experience was not terrible, but would not return as there are other restaurants to visit. This is a chain that we came to enjoy many of the dishes over the years. As we started our post Covid experience we were going back to a familiar place with good food. So we thought. This was the deer Valley Towne Center at The restaurant and restrooms were so filthy we walked out. The floors were dirty, the doors were sticky, the bathroom had debris everywhere the sinks and toilets had not been cleaned and we’re out of paper products. The place had not been detailed or painted in a long time. It had just reopen after being closed for many months

Spaghetti and Meatballs were ice cold. My husbands meal was not correct. The problem is they are so understaffed and it takes so long to get your food that if they get it wrong there’s no point in waiting the rest of your table is finished before you even get the food back. We were also charged three dollars because my son wanted chocolate syrup on his ice cream in addition to a micro economic Covid charge for even coming in and dining. I understand that they have to make their money but when you ruin someone’s meal you think you could maybe cut us a break on some chocolate syrup.
