"The servicer was pleasant. I would have liked it if she told me something about the menu items. I ordered a side salad. It was skimpy and was mostly stems, very few pieces of green, small pieces of diced tomatoes, and maybe 10 tiny pieces of shredded carrots. It looked like a child's salad. I didn't find out until I paid the bill that I saw it was an unlimited salad and soup. At no time did the servicer tell me. Now I feel ripped off. My entree tasted like it was heated up from being previously frozen. My Old Fashioned drink wasn't prepared properly. Instead of one large block of ice, it was full of chopped ice and was watered down."

The food was good, the service was good and the portions were very large and tasty.

Steak was well cooked, medium rare. Serving was good not ample. Could have served more broccoli(was a little skimpy). Service was excellent. Calamari appetizer was good. Cabernet wine was excellent.

We had a great server, but the service was a bit slow. It appeared that the kitchen was struggling to keep up with orders, even though the restaurant wasn't busy. It took longer than expected to receive our food. View menu

I ordered the prime rib. Mostly fat. Presentation was kind of sloppy. My companion had the seafood ravioli which was okay. Inexperienced staff. It was Christmas eve so I assume the more experienced folks asked for and got the night off.

Three of us went to dinner on Christmas in the late afternoon. All of us ordered the Prime Rib, which was a bit fatty. The broccoli was overly tough and the mashed potatoes were not hot enough. Our waiter, Jerome, was friendly and attentive.

This was the first time I ever celebrated Thanksgiving at Macaroni Grill. It was an excellent experience. The only downside was no leftovers. I wish there was a leftover to go package. Perhaps next time I’ll but another Thanksgiving dinner to go. View menu

The only problem I have with this restaurant is that the music is always too loud and makes it difficult to have a conversation. I enjoy coming to Macaroni Grill to meet friends for lunch. However, the loud music can be annoying and sometimes makes me consider going somewhere else in advance.

Disappointed in the food and the service. Waited half an hour for someone to take our order, and finally had to ask someone. Had to go get more place settings. The quality and portions were not what they used to be. Cesar Salad just meh. It used to be delicious. The entrees weren't very hot, and noticeably smaller than last year. The desert was OK. Kind of disappointed, we used to enjoy coming for special occasions, and Thanksgiving. We'll give it another chance, maybe it was just an off night.
