We had the chefs table at the counter in the basement and it was easily one of the top 3 meals I’ve had in my life. So good!

The food was excellent! We opted for the tasting menu and were thoroughly impressed. Our server, Loren, was incredible—by far the best service we've ever experienced.

Food and service was stellar! At our waiter?s recommendation, we decided to share our meals which was a great way for us to try out a lot of different dishes on the menu. Do not miss out on this place while in Breckenridge. Chef Matt is top notch and reservations the tasting menu are a must at this restaurant. Priced amazing for the cuisine you will receive. Portions are very generous and well thought out. Great wine pairing with tasting menu. Definitely a highlight of Breckenridge! Must visit!!! Can do ala cart but certainly recommend the 7 course tasting!

I just finished dining at this restaurant, and I have to say, it was exceptional. Coming from a family that owns restaurants and being a chef myself, my friends and I love to explore and get creative with food. This place deserves a solid 5 out of 5 stars across the board. No further comments are necessary; the abundance of positive reviews—over 500 with nearly perfect ratings—speaks for itself.

This was one of the best experiences we?ve ever had! We did the 7 course tasting menu with the wine pairing to celebrate our engagement and the staff did everything possible to make our experience perfect. We did the 5 course experience. Service is amazing. We really felt special because we were celebrating our anniversary. They gave us a card and 2 drinks. The food? It 's alright. For the price, I 'm gonna say it was not worth it and it 's not about the portion. They all look very delicious and appealing but I 'm not sure about the taste. I do have a personal preference when it comes to food and I am very open to try new things but this was just ehh . The pasta and the meatball

My family and I were thoroughly impressed and had a fantastic experience! The atmosphere was amazing, the service was outstanding, and the food was delicious. The bluefin appetizer was undoubtedly the best item on the menu! It was a fantastic recommendation from our waitress and the assistant servers. Our waitress was very attentive and accommodating. Since we were visiting from another state and had heard wonderful things about Rootstalk, we chose to celebrate my birthday there.

Let me start with saying that this restaurant deserves a Michelin Star! We by chance sat at the chef’s counter and had the tasting menu with the wine pairing. It was such a wonderful way to experience this outstanding restaurant. Service was impeccable. The meal from start to finish was perfectly curated with beautifully selected wine pairings from around the globe. We loved the experience from start to finish.
