Schlotzsky's - Menu

Staff was great,but the soup was luke warm,the salad was good though. Store needed to swept and tables needed to be wiped down.All in all I liked it...lol

it was a long time since I was, so I took a long time to decide what looked good. Alex was super patient, helpful and on the ball. Not to mention that eating was hot and fast. will definitely be back for more!

Don't eat here and definitely DO NOT work here. Management allows long term employees to bully new employees and then protects them when they make false accusations against the most innocent of people. Do better. Be better humans. View menu

Very disappointed. Waited more than 2 minutes for the order taker to get off his phone, with a line of people behind me. Acted like I was bothering him to take my order. Did not follow my order properly. Notice that I dropped my good rating since this happened on my last visit also

I was hungry and looking for the nearest sandwich place at the time. Although the staff was nice and helpful. The food was a bit blan. The tea was refreshing. The place looked a bit unkept. I wasn't a fan unfortunately. Maybe it could of been what I chose which was the pizza or Italian calzone.

Terrible and extremely rude staff act like you are bothering them to take your order taking deep breath and shaking head because I wanted to add chips.. won't look you in the eyes at all or reply when I said sorry as if doing me a favor to take my business.. go here if you want to be treated like dirt View menu

I haven't eaten here for years, I've disappeared. so delicious. the cinnamon, the French dip and the Jalapeno chicken pizza are on the spot. friendly lady behind the theke very helpful and patient while I found out my order. Although they offer the mini-rolls, I will never change again. go big or go home.

Update: I was contacted by the store manager within 24 hours and he really apologized and appeared sincere. I would try again based on our conversation. And I increased my rating to 3 starts. We arrived 15 minutes before closing (according to the hours on their door, not just Google) and they locked the door and refused to give service. We were looking for food to go, not even to sit in the store. Terrible.

Oh man, this place has the best sandwiches! I could live off their broth alone, it's that good. I've been going to Schlotzky's for almost 20 years in Austin. Three years ago I was dragged to Galveston and was pleasantly surprised to find two Schlotzky's on the island! This location is closer to my house so I've been here many times and always leave satisfied, never hungry. And don't even get me started on the tweezers at the fountain machine.
