Thank you Pauletta for a delicious lunch! We had 3 medium sandwiches made to perfection with speed and a smile ? even though she was slammed busy and understaffed. We will be back!

I was hungry and looking for the nearest sandwich place at the time.Although the staff was nice and helpful. The food was a bit blan. The tea was refreshing. The place looked a bit unkept. I wasn't a fan unfortunately.Maybe it could of been what I chose which was the pizza or Italian calzone.

this is very convenient to go on my location, but the dame in the register is rude every time I go to place an order. I'm asking for extra cheese and swirling on my sandwich, but never get them, but I'm charged for them. we almost always want to go, and my daughter came home today and complained about the same. Update: I was contacted by the store manager within 24 hours and he really apologized and appeared sincere. I would try again based on our conversation. And I increased my rating to 3 starts.We arrived 15 minutes before closing (according to the hours on their door, not just Google) and they locked the door and refused to give service. We were looking for food to go, not even to sit in the store. Terrible.

Oh man, this place has the best sandwiches! I could live off their broth alone, it's that good. I've been going to Schlotzky's for almost 20 years in Austin. Three years ago I was dragged to Galveston and was pleasantly surprised to find two Schlotzky's on the island! This location is closer to my house so I've been here many times and always leave satisfied, never hungry. And don't even get me started on the tweezers at the fountain machine. I mean, who else has that?!

The only reason this did not get 5 stars is because of an employee. I know it's hard finding good help, but this girl seemed to have a chip on her shoulder no matter how nice and polite we tried??? The food was very good, but before we finished she was taking some items off the tables. Before getting up to leave she started pulling apart two tables we had joined together for a friend and our 2 well behaved grandsons. Won't eat in again, but will order from here. Just rude. I arrived at the restaurant 20 minutes before closing time, hoping to order a sandwich. The staff took the order of the men in front of me, but refused to take mine, indicating that they had decided to close early in order to prepare for the next day. I found this to be unacceptable - since when is it okay to turn away a customer simply because they want a sandwich near closing time? I wondered if the manager was aware of this decision and whether a single sandwich order would truly disrupt their time management to such an extent.

Poor customer experience! Completely unacceptable. My husband ordered a sandwich and two salads, and then asked if they could add a drink. The woman at the counter reacted as if it were the end of the world. She made it clear that she was annoyed by this simple request and wanted to make sure he knew it. My husband was so shocked by her attitude that he asked her, "Am I doing something wrong?" She replied that she was supposed to cancel the drink if it was too much trouble. Clearly, it was too much for them because they did not provide him with a drink. Really? Is this how they treat customers who ask for a drink? We will take our business elsewhere where we are appreciated.

I ordered a sandwich and a pizza. It was supposed to be at my house in 35 minutes.An hour after it was supposed to be at my home the delivery service pulled up. My order was not correct. I had two hungry boys waiting for the pizza and it wasn't there. In it's place was a cold soggy flat bread that was half the size of the pizza. I called and spoke with a man who said he was the shift manager and explained to him my delima.He then refused to take my phone number, and name to give to his manager. The man hung up on me after trying to argue me down on why he didn't notify me that they would be changing my order.Never, never, ever been so unsatisfied with a restaurant.
