"Excellent customer service at the Schlotzsky's on East Central! They saved the day when they didn't even make the mistake in the first place! I placed a delivery order for a lunch meeting from a different Schlotzsky's location but when the food was delivered, more than half of it was missing. The delivery was given to our receptionist and since she hadn't placed the order, she didn't realize the two bags wouldn't be enough for everything we ordered. To make matters worse, the other location didn't answer the phone when I tried repeatedly to call and fix the issue/ The delivery driver didn't respond to text, either. Out of desperation, I contacted the East Central Schlotzsky's to see if they knew whether there was a problem at the other location. Dolly, the General Manager, took my call, found out what was missing (6 sandwiches, a kid's meal, and two bags of chips), and delivered it herself within 30 minutes. It wasn't her issue to fix but she didn't hesitate. I appreciate her and the staff at the East Central Schlotzsky's who made this happen! And the food was fresh and delicious as always! Thank you!!"

Lots of Meat on their Giant Deluxe. Wonderful Atmosphere. Enjoy the Great Staff. Would recommend this to all my Friends. The best part is I love their Center of the Rolls.

I have ordered Cinnabon's for a couple of special events and working with Dolly has been fantastic! Not only are the Cinnabons delicious, but she has also accommodated different pick-up times to fit my schedule. I highly recommend her services!

Our team presented a lunch learn and we called on Schlotzsky's to provide the food. We arranged everything with Dolly Bain a few days ahead. On the day, Dolly delivered all the food and had it all set it up for us about 20 minutes before our presentation. It looked great! She made us look so good. Thank you Dolly!!

I went through the drive through at 2015 hours on January 12th. The staff took my order, made sure it was correct and asked if I had everything I needed. You could tell Courtney had a smile on her face just by her voice. I also talked to another staff member who was just as pleasant. I want to compliment them as they made my day better. View menu

I ordered the Original sandwich and it was just as good as I remembered. The sourdough bread really made the sandwich stand out. The service was quick, friendly, and the staff even greeted me with a smile. The food was served promptly and was both warm and delicious. I appreciated that the portion size seemed to be consistent and I didn't feel like it had gotten smaller in recent months, which is rare to find at other places.

I downloaded the app and received a free classic sandwich on sourdough bread from this restaurant yesterday. Despite being advertised as a 'small' version, it was actually a regular sized sandwich with plenty of toppings, impressing me as a freebie. Most importantly, it tasted delicious. The sandwich came with mustard, which I enjoyed. I noticed they had Louisiana hot sauce at their condiments station, although they didn't have any plastic containers for carry out. That didn't bother me too much as I'm not a fan of vinegary hot sauce. As a first-time customer at this chain, I was left with a great first impression. The cashier was friendly and the sandwich was well-loaded. I would definitely...

"As a Gluten free couple and myself being only a fish eater (no meat) there are very few quality restaurants my husband and I find that we can truly enjoy in the city of Wichita. Most places do have one or two choices for those with my dietary requirements, but often they seem like an afterthought. The Belmont is now added to our short list of regular places we plan to dine. We met Tory, the owner who sat us to our cozy booth, and immediately began to offer creative GF takes on several of their dishes. I was offered a decontructed bruchetta where the fillings were served on a lettuce plate and in place of some of the meat component was offered a side of nice smoked salmon for protein. I added the olive snack and was delighted with the red and green selection. My husband had the burger (hold the bun) and loved his meal. We splurged on sharing a dish of homemade vanilla ice cream for dessert. It was fresh and tasty! My only suggestion would be to keep some rice or GF flour on hand in the kitchen to possibly offer some of the breaded or fried dishes as GF options. (Yes even with a shared fryer, there are many such as my husband and I who are not celiac who have found shared fryers make no difference) Fully 30% of the public considers themselves GF. It is so easy to get a box of quality GF pasta or sub out some GF or Rice flour to dredge for frying. I find Rice flour to make for a crisper dredge anyway! I truly wish more Wichita restaurants would attempt to provide more varied dishes for us GF restaurant goers. Wouldn't you like 30% of your client base to be thrilled to head your way for good GF dish options? Just offering starchy GF sandwich buns (not what the Belmont does) is not a creative answer."

Larcher's Market

"Larcher's Market was a last-minute choice, but I ended up having an amazing breakfast there. I originally planned to have lunch, but I was getting too hungry to wait an hour. I went for the B.E.C. Sammie, which included bacon, scrambled eggs, Havarti cheese, Larcher’s sauce, and arugula, all sandwiched between two slices of rosemary garlic focaccia. The focaccia stood out as some of the freshest, best bread I’ve ever tasted—it truly made the sandwich. The arugula was dressed in a red wine vinaigrette, showing the extra care Larcher's puts into their dishes. The eggs were incredibly fluffy, and the bacon was cooked almost perfectly. Saying I enjoyed this sandwich is an understatement. Seriously, that bread was unforgettable. As for the atmosphere, I’d give it 30 stars if I could. I’m slowly becoming obsessed with this place. Larcher's Market has a friendly staff and a space that feels both modern and cozy. For a late breakfast, I tried the Crispy Chicken Biscuit, and once again, Larcher's nailed it. The biscuit was clearly baked fresh that morning—light and buttery. The chicken was hand-breaded, juicy, and had the perfect crunch. The sunny-side-up egg was cooked just right, and the pico de gallo was fresh. The cheese was simple—a slice of American, from what I could tell. My only critique is that the sausage gravy could’ve used a bit more seasoning and perhaps a touch more butter. Other than that, the Crispy Chicken Biscuit was outstanding. I love Larcher’s so much that I brought my friend Brooke for her first visit. She ordered the Turkey Club (not pictured), and I had the Breakfast Sammie. Her sandwich looked great, but I can only speak about mine, which had pork sausage, hash browns, over-hard eggs, a brioche bun, American cheese, and jalapeño jam. The sausage had a unique flavor, and the sweet-spicy jalapeño jam really elevated the sandwich. The brioche bun was freshly baked, soft, and fluffy—something I haven’t had in a while. The hash browns were crispy and the perfect finishing touch. After trying their food, I’m convinced Larcher's Market serves some of the best breakfast in Wichita. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5"
