"I hate to say this, but I've been a loyal fan of Schlotzky's for years. However, the sandwich I had at the location on FM 554 in Murphy was the worst I've ever had. It felt like they must have left something out. The ham was way too thick and tough, and overall it just didn't meet the usual standards. I shared my experience with my neighbor, and honestly, I'm planning to visit a different Schlotzky's that consistently delivers great sandwiches. I might even consider buying the Murphy location and suggesting they take notes from the other restaurants on how to do it right."

I absolutely love this place! The Wednesday BOGO pizza has become the highlight of my week, and the staff during lunch are the sweetest and most courteous people. Plus, the flatbreads are amazing!

Love the brand. Pretty consistent franchise. Breads are made in house so always fresh. I like the bread toasted a little more and not everyone does. I never ask to toast more but some locations do. This one does nor and most don't. Still great sandwich and I always get the original.

I visited this restaurant for the first time for dinner, and to my surprise, it was empty! The perfect atmosphere for an introvert like me. The staff at the checkout were friendly, and my food arrived quickly. I took a moment to recover from a small stand and appreciated the cool decorations all around the restaurant. There were so many interesting items on the walls. I decided to order the Italian calzone, and it was absolutely delightful! I devoured every bite! I will definitely return someday; it was unforgettable! I highly recommend trying this place!
