Prices are perfect in my opinion. Quiet small space, can sit in or takeout. The place is clean and has breakfast, lunch at 11a. Lots of snacks, candy, and cold drinks. Cash only.

The owners are incredibly friendly. We came across this place while the construction was happening in the area, and I wish we had discovered it earlier. It has now become our Friday tradition to have breakfast at Shaps. The #2 with pancakes is an unbeatable deal—two pancakes, two eggs, and meat for just $7! I absolutely love this spot. The owner mentioned they've been at this location for 25 years, so they deserve some respect. The only downside is that they're closed on the weekends.
