beautiful short rib bolognese! the pasta was perfectly boiled, the meat was so tender and the sauce was so good. we shared a court and left very full. looks nicer, but I did a bite before I took the photo. the marinated olives were also really good.

It's worth noting that while the hotel is situated in a nice location, they charge an extra $40 resort fee per night, plus an additional $40 to $47 for parking, depending on whether you opt for valet or self-parking. Regardless, we still had to pay extra for parking.

Had breakfast here as a guest of the hotel. Service was prompt and friendly. Ordered the acai bowl without the yogurt. The amount of fruit and granola was generous which I liked. I really liked the food here. I had a Carrot Ginger soup, which was creamy. I took a star away because it did not come with bread and cost $4 extra. The bread was good though, served with an artichoke butter. I also enjoyed the Beyond Burger with fries. The side salads are very fresh and delicious too. Also, try the Atalaya red wine from Spain is delicious.

Eating was excellent. Thanksgiving dinner. truthahn tender and juicy. salat was from this world.. Candied pawn horses, crisp quesh and brussel pupils, the pieces were so small. very good when I first thought it was good, but so delicious! cranberry sauce was really good very tart exactly right! I loved it! I had a few things in it that couldn't call it. shor really had a great dinner. we ate on patio.services friendly. also not overfilled. wonderful

more excellent place to sit, relax and quiet enough where they could have a normal conversation with someone. the personal was amazing. I have the chance to meet with workers named jay who was amazingly attentive and had the great recommendations. eating was absolutely incredible, so much that I just had to try extra dinge to see if it was all or whether it was just the meal I had ordered. Located in the Hyatt Regency hotel, we had lunch here on a Tuesday afternoon. My wife and I both ordered the Lobster Roll, and we absolutely loved it. The bun was perfectly toasted, and the lobster meat was in large chunks, lightly dressed with a bit of mayo and topped with slaw. It came with a generous serving of house-made potato chips that I really enjoyed. However, I can only give it 3 stars due to the slow service—we were never checked on for drink refills. Since we sat outside, the service might be better indoors.

Shor is located in the Hyatt Regency Newport Beach and is now open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The service is exceptional, from the front desk to the servers, busboys, and chefs. They are accommodating with food requests, no matter how much they deviate from the menu. I have been performing at this hotel for over 20 years, and I've never encountered such an outrageous money grab at a restaurant in my professional career. The food is reminiscent of cafeteria fare, with a fixed menu price of $65. They didn't serve or even offer any bread. The tortilla soup I ordered was unappetizing—it was lacking sour cream, cheese, and onions, and it was overly thickened with cornstarch. It feels like they're prioritizing profit over providing a decent dining experience for concertgoers. If you're attending a show here, I highly recommend not eating at this restaurant.
