I visited for the piano karaoke, and it was incredibly welcoming. The pianist was not only very skilled but also exceptionally friendly!

We had a great time at our holiday party! The karaoke was a lot of fun, and the piano MC added a fantastic touch to the evening. I highly recommend checking it out!

Excellent place for karaoke. Really enjoy the piano bar aspect of it. Both times I’ve gone, Wendy played and she is excellent. She’s a lot of fun and helps you with the timings. Looking forward to coming back and singing along with Wendy

Had a great time in the piano room and some decent drinks. However, one of the rudest servers I've ever had. She was very annoyed that we ordered popcorn and was overtly irritated that a few pieces had fallen on the floor. If you love passive aggressive servers this is the place for you! But the music is great and we still had fun regardless. BUT DON'T ORDER POPCORN BECAUSE YOU WILL BE JUDGED FOR SOME REASON.

Perhaps the best piano bar in Manhattan (and I have been to most of them! . The decor is very cool, the service is great, the room works well for the piano, and the drink prices are quite reasonable. You will be limited to 2 hours at your table (unless it is not reserved after you have it and there is a two drink minimum. This charming little spot is perfect for karaoke enthusiasts, as they host live karaoke in the back room. I appreciate that the front room is completely separate from the back, so if you prefer to simply enjoy a drink during happy hour, you can do that without any distractions. It appears that everyone who comes here is eager for music, creating a fantastic atmosphere in the back room, and you can even request your own song. I highly recommend visiting if you're in the area!

This is a cozy little karaoke bar with live piano accompaniment. There's bar seating in the front, with the karaoke section in the back, divided by a curtain.The tables in the karaoke section need to be reserved, I believe, though I think they'll take walk ins if there's availability. Reserving via Google maps or their website is very straightforward, with no issues that I've seen. There is a 2-drink minimum per person, and they do have nonalcoholic mocktail options.While the nightly vibe can vary depending on how many people are there, it's always been fun to go. People are supportive, no matter your singing skills!

Sid Gold’s is one of New York’s ‘hidden gems’ that has to be experienced to be believed.Only in New York can you slip through a curtain behind a bar to find a lively room filled with people hanging out at tables and singing along with the punters on the mike accompanied by one of the many Piano virtuosos at Sid’s.I have been going to Sid’s regularly for several years now and always feel the love when I grab the mike to belt out a song or two.Great place to come alone, with a friend or family.Only note is that they don’t serve food, so best to grab a bite before going and also I recommend making a reservation, even on the day as it can get booked out.Hope to see you there one evening.
