"Went to Desperados with 3 people. Ordered Walleye, and Two New York Steaks; because they were out of sirloin. The waitress forgot to serve us the Chili Fries we ordered. So we asked her to disregard.Once we got our plates, the sides were forgotten, and the “Medium” steaks were bleeding to the point the center was still cold from the fridge. The steaks were completely raw. (Photo attached)We pointed the cooking out, and the restaurant elected to take the steaks back to the kitchen. Keep in mind we are paying well over $20 per plate. Once the kitchen took the steak back, they returned it well done to the point it was almost charred.The waitress was nice. But the restaurant was very understaffed. The cook seemed very lousy. The price was very expensive and over the top for the service and quality of food."

"Such a great place went here for a wine tasting. I've ordered their wines online to be shipped so I wanted to try some wines I've never had from winery. Got a wine tasting reservation and Alexis was so nice and knowledgeable during the wine tasting. This place is such a great winery. Staff are very friendly and love the location.Also love the brewery next door that is owned by them too is top notch as well!!"

"We sat down and waited for 10 minutes for someone to knowledge is. She sat 2 glasses of water down on the table. My husband picked up his glass and there was something floating in the water. He said there is something floating in it. She grabbed it and walked away. Came back and spilled water all over. Didn't say a word or clean it up. My husband asked what's in the breakfast burrito? She said, I don't know,but breakfast is over. She walked away. She came back read the ingredients to him. Then walked away again. Waited as bout another 10 minutes,she came back to take our order. First I said I wanted a cup of coffee, then told her my order. My husband told her his order, then walked away. I asked for a large box for my food. The boy waiter brought a small box, my husband said we need a large box. He said, I can't give you a large one. So my husband asked the waitress for a large box. She brought over medium size.My husband told her what waiter had said. She said well we just hand out small ones. I said it would take 3 small ones. We enjoy using the small and medium boxes. We have been going there for years. But after today, we will not be returning. I will go to Tin city from now on! Plus they used old oil for the chicken strips and fries. We threw it in the trash after we walked out the door! Very rude waitress and waiter today!"

"Want to start off with a shout out too the owner Ryan Happy Anniversary 1 year . Walked in today and was greeted with a warm smile, seated and introduced to Elizabeth our fun waitress she started off with drinks and prime rib Chili that was so good the pallet screamed for more. I did tell the staff and cook that the cook needs too go to jail for making a great meal. We ordered the cheeseburgers both had pepper jack cheese, since covit lot of places cut down on size and"

"1 Fudge and coffee are good. No issues.2 The lady in charge when we went yesterday was incredibly rude to her staff. It made me and my family very uncomfortable. She completely belittled and embarrassed this poor kid, who looked like he wanted to cry after. (And clearly he is new, because she was talking about how to handle a squeaky sound from the coffee machine. She said Are you listening? What did I tell you? This is how you do it *takes over and lets him try nothing*. What did I say about you telling me okay when you don 't understand? She ended up making my sister 's drink wrong, ironically getting someone 's dairy correct is super important, and the young staff confirmed it was wrong with my sister. There 's no reason for a trainer to belittle someone, especially publicly, and especially when they are also imperfect. Have a little grace, lady! He 's clearly a good worker and wants to do well. Super uncomfortable experience. My Mom and I checked on him after. Hope it gets better for him."
